Hello, Trendy Twine friends! It is Jessi from Kissin' Krafts. Today, I am sharing a treat packaging idea perfect for a quick gift-giving idea!

This month's spotlight color is the yummy Valentine Cherry Cupcake twine!

 

When I think of Valentine's Day, I always think of the delicious conversation hearts. So I used those candies as my inspiration today!

 

 

I used two different heart die cuts to form these conversation hearts.  Once the two different colors are glued together, alpha stamps are used with red ink (just like those conversation hearts. To highlight one of the hearts, I used Trendy Twine's Valentine's Cherry Cupcake to outline one heart.

Goodbye, 2014! It has been fun!

Happy New Year's Eve, Trendy Twine family! It is Jessi from Kissin' Krafts!

Let start over the celebrations with a simple, fun card that anyone can create!

First of all, let me show you my card:

All month, I have been showcasing the fun and festive Cherry Limeade! So for this project, I decided to take the twine apart and work with the two colors.  As I unwind the twine, I fell in love with the crinkle look it started to create. Once the colors were separate, create two circles on the card front.  On top of the twine, I placed a die cut word. To finish the card, I used stickers to create the rest of the sentiment.

Trendy Twine 12 Days of Christmas Day 7

Hello, friends! It is Jessi from Kissin' Krafts and I am excited to be back on the wonderful Trendy Twine design team! My project today is part of the Trendy Twine 12 Days of Christmas (Day 7).

These candy boxes make for a simple, yet perfect gift! They can be used for a variety of occasions, and of course, holiday gift giving! All you have to do is fill with a yummy candy and attach a fun tag and you are finished.

For this project, I stamped an festive image on white cardstock. Once the coloring was finished, the image is cut out and attached to the front of the tag.  To finish the project, a fun sentiment is stamped on the backside of the tag. The tag is attached to the candy box with a double shoelace tie of Cherry Limeade twine.

Yummy Trendy Packaging

Hello, Trendy Twiners! It is Jessi from Kissin' Krafts!

 Today I am sharing a simple treat packaging that is perfect for all ages!

I love this month's spotlight twine: CELEBRATION! 

The red, yellow, white and black color combo is simply YUMMY!

To keep the packaging simple, I used a variety of die cuts to create the layered center. A simple sentiment is added to the center of the dies. The twine is used as a simple touch to the packaging.

Trendy Magnetic Bookmark

Happy Thursday, Trendy Twine friends! It's Jessi from Kissin' Krafts and I have fun project today!

Who loves to read? And who is always looking for a bookmark? (I don't fold the corners, because most come from the library.) So when I saw the idea of a magnetic bookmark, I had to give it a try!

I cut the shape out twice using a Spellbinder die and then glued the top of the two shapes together. I attached a cute bow of  Totally Grape Trendy Twine -- it's the perfect touch.

To finish the bookmark, I attached a magnet on the inside of each die cut.

Congrats! Trendy Style

Happy Monday, Trendy Twine fans! It's Jessi here from Kissin' Krafts! Today I am sharing my project that goes along with this month's Trendy Twine Challenge, Say It With a Sentiment. Check out the details HERE and we cannot wait to see your project!

The month of May starts the graduation season! I made this card for my niece that recently graduated from college.

I really wanted the sentiment to pop, so I stamped and hand cut the sentiment on white cardstock.  The simple wrapped Totally Black twine adds some texture to the white space on the card.

It's Jessi, from Kissin' Krafts, and I am excited to share my latest creation using this month's spotlight twine, Bubblegum Taffy!  It feels like it has been forever since I made a card! My creative card mojo has been missing for a while now! Hopefully, this is a sign that it is starting to make a comeback!


So here is my CAS card:

 

The sentiment is popped up on foam dots, allowing the twine to wrap around the front of the card twice. **Tip** To wrap the twine around the front of the card, you can cut a small slit into the folded top of the card.

Sweet 'Trendy' Bunny Treat

Happy HUMP Day, Trendy Twiners!

It's Jessi from Kissin' Krafts! Today, I am excited to share with you my project that plays along with the current Trendy Twine Monthly Challenge! To get more details about the challenge, see THIS Trendy Twine post.

Along with one of this month's spotlight twines, Bubblegum Taffy, I used one of the many style treat boxes available in the Trendy Twine store! Check out the different treat packaging available HERE!

 I used a Small Candy Rectangle box for this project!

I decided to add some dimension to the project, by attaching the second layer of the head on a foam dot. Doing this allowed the feeling that the bunny was really wearing the twine bow!

 Don't you love the color combo of the Bubblegum Taffy? For this month only, you can get yours for $7.95 per spool!

Spring Felt with a Touch of Trendy

I am not much of a tag maker, but thought it would be fun to add one to a card. I love how the green in the Limeade pops against the soft gray!

Trendy Candy Cane Tree

Hello, Trendy Twiners! It's Jessi from Kissin' Krafts. Are you in the festive mood? I am loving the holiday projects that have been on the blog! Today I am using the fun Candy Cane Twine and sequins from a few different mixes. 

Using a triangle die cut, the tree is formed layering three die cuts. The tree is decorated with the Candy Cane twine wrapped around the tree. The sequins really brighten up the tree.

The chalkboard is made using Chalkboard Vinyl. I was surprised how easy it was to stamp on! But let me warn you, the ink NEVER fully dried!

Trendy Disney Autograph Book

Hello, Trendy Twine friends! It's Jessi from Kissin' Krafts! I am excited to share with you my latest project using the new Trendy Twine color - Celebration (the fun FOUR color twine)!

As we all now, a Disney trip is very $$$. So to make our upcoming trip alittle more affordable, I am doing some Disney DYI! Below is an Autograph book to get the characters' signatures!

I  used the fun Celebration twine as the book closure for the album. The twine is attached on the back cover and wrapped around the button on the front to close the book.

Now to the problem? Do I use one book for all the kids? Or one for each? Any thoughts?
