Happy 1st Day of School!

I'm Back, It's Kate here today with another project for you.

This month Trendy Twine is also having a cross promotion with Fleurette Bloom and the DT's got to pick the files we wanted to used.  I decided on the School Days File.  

Here is what I made for today, I decided on a Back to School Card for my Daughter.

I also did a little stitching, used some Jaded Blossom Die and Stamp Set, Peachy Keen Face to complete that cute little apple and of course some Trendy Twine -- Cranberry and Cherry Lemonade.

Hello Trendy Twiners!!

 I have a fun card for you today using this months new release 

Cherry Lemonade

and some digital paper and cuts from Fleurette Bloom!

I added the eyes, nose and mouth to the mushroom to go along with the Unity Stamp sentiment for a more whimsical kind of card.

I'm really lovin' the color combination of this Cherry Lemonade, bright and rich.  I've had so much fun using it on my projects this month.

Frog Kisses

Hey Everyone!

Jamie here to share a card I made with the new Cherry Lemonade and a svg file from Fleurette Bloom.

I made a shape card using the frog and mushroom from the Moonbeams & Fairy Dust file.  I added the cute little face using 2 different Peachy Faces and then stamped a Jaded Blossom sentiment.

You all know how I love my string art! So I did some with the Cherry Lemonade for the top of the mushroom. Isn't this twine color so yummy?!

Good Morning Trendy Twiners!!

Jessica here from Chick-n-Scrap

 and I have a CAS card  to share using the color of the month~ 

Cherry Lemonade and a cute cutting file from Fleurette Bloom

 I decided for my card to use the anchor from the Ships Ahoy Cutting Elements set

and came up with this...

How fun is this???  I LOVE the white and black with the pop of color from the twine, don't you???

Here is a closeup of the twine rope I added to the top of the anchor. I used 6 pieces of twine and twisted them together to make this. Then added a knot at the end so it wouldn't unravel.

Sending You a Big Squeeze

Hey Everyone!!! Candace here from Scrappin' 2 Little Princesses!! I have a really fun card to share today using the new Cherry Lemonade twine and a great cutting file from Fleurette Bloom! 

I decided to play with the cute little lemon from the Fruit Friends collection. 

I love using my twine to outline shapes on my projects! It really makes my circle pop! 

Another way I like to add dimension and detail to my projects is by using foam stickers to adhere elements onto my base. On this card, I used the foam stickers under my little lemon and under my sentiment. It's a little tricky to tell from the pic, but this card has lot of dimension.

Now I Know My ABC's

Hi everyone, Brigit here from Brigit's Scraps!  This months Trendy Twine Challenge theme is Back To School so I made this cute pencil shaped card using this months featured twine

Cherry Lemonade.

The red and yellow combination of this twine is so rich, I love it and it's so perfect for school projects among other things.  I used Lori Whitlock's digital paper School Days which really goes with this twine perfectly.  The card and all the pieces you can get at the Silhouette Online Store.

School Notebook and Pen Gift

Hey Everyone!

Jamie here to share my take on the September Challenge!

This month's challenge is Back to School- Primary Colors, ABC or 123 and Trendy Twine.
And then we're featuring the new Cherry Lemonade!

I made a little notebook and pen holder. I used 3 different files from SVG Cutting Files to make it.  I used some Jaded Blossom stamps on the chalkboard.

Then I took some yummy Cherry Lemonade twine to make the apple and also add a bow to the notebook. How cute is she?!

Here is my project one of the fabulous new Trendy Twine colors:

I am in love with the new Cherry Lemonade color! So bright!

The chalkboard is made using Chalkboard Vinyl. I was surprised how easy it was to stamp on! But let me warn you, the ink NEVER fully dried!
