Trendy Twine - Thanks

Happy Monday Trendy Fans!

Hi this is Shelly from My Paper Love sharing a thank you idea using BumbleBee Trendy Twine. What a fun color for Spring. Earlier in the month I shared a cute little bee card and now I wanted to share a thank you gift.
I started with one of my favorite chevron bags from Annie's Boutique .

.
I tucked a little gift and gift card inside.

On the outside, I made a tag and used a die cut of the word thanks. I tied the tag with Bumblebee Trendy Twine. I just love the black and yellow and it's not just for bumblebee projects, so I really wanted to share some inspiration without actually using a bumble bee :)

Trendy Twine - Bumblebee Shaker Tags!

Good day to all my bloggy friends!
It's Millie, from Crafting with Creative M and it's my day to post....Woo-Hoo!

Here is what I created.....
BUMBLEBEE SHAKER TAGS!!

I used Recollections card stock and Bazzill Basics dotted swiss card stock (yellow) for some texture. The bee tags are from the Sentimentals cartridge.
I filled the shaker part of my tags with the NEW Bumblebee Sequins from Annie's Paper BoutiqueNext, I adhered the bee tag on to a black scalloped circle. With a white gel pen I doodled around the scalloped circle. I stamped the "keep smiling" sentiment on a die cut banner. I adhered the banner with foam tape for dimensionOnce the bee tags were assembled, I ran several stripes of Bumblebee Twine through the top part of the tag and tied a pretty Bumblebee Bow as well!

Here is a closer look at the NEW Bumblebee Sequins..

Trendy Twine- Some Honey for You!

Hi Everyone!
Kimberly from Kimberly's Crafty Spot featuring
a project using the
Bumblebee Trendy Twine.

For my project, I used the  medium candy bags
also available in the store.

These Medium candy bags hold several
honey sticks perfectly.

Honey sticks are our daughter's favorite treat.
The Medium candy bags hold 10 honey sticks each.
The cute Hello Kitty bee is from an SVG Cutting Files
exclusive blog hop from last year.
She is just too cute and perfect for a girly
bee inspired project.
I used a die cut paper doily and wrapped it around the candy bag and added some Bumblebee Twine with a Hello tag. Then I added the cute Hello Kitty Bee to that. I accented the Bee with some stickles, Liquid Pearls and enamel accents.
Then I finished the bag with some more
Twine on the top with another tiny tag.

Trendy Twine -- Buzzin' By to Say Hi!

Hello everyone!  I'm Helen from HTB Creations.  Today, I am sharing a bee card using the super fun Bumblebee Trendy Twine.  I really LOVE this twist and have used a lot of my spool :)

I have really been into stamping  and using dies more that my electronic cutting machine lately.  So I pulled out these cute bee stamps and dies and went to work.  After stamping and coloring, I decided to add glossy accents to the bees wings. The I pop dotted them onto the card.

Next, I carefully glued and looped my Bumblebee Trendy Twine onto the card for the bee's 'trails'.  I needed to put the glue on the twine and not on the card this time since I wasn't sure how it would loop.  It took a little time, but not too long :)

To finish off the cards, I used some yellow and black sequins to add some sparkle. This was really fun to make!

Be sure to keep checking back here for all the fun projects using the Bumblebee Trendy Twine this month.   And be sure to head over to Annie's Paper Boutique to pick up this spool while it's on sale and maybe some other fun goodies while you are there ;)

Have a great day!

Trendy Twine~Buzzin' by to say hi!

 Good Morning Trendy Twiners!
Jessica from Chick-n-Scrap here with a  project featuring the twine color of the month.....
All month long the DT has been showcasing this fun twist of yellow and black trendy twine! We have been using that twist and making adorable bee projects...So for my card I grabbed the adorable bee stamp and die from My Creative Time and used the twine as her flight path...LOL!
The twine is a perfect match to the adorable designer paper I picked up especially for my project. After I assembled the card base and added my layers, banners and sentiment, I popped up my bee and used some Tombow Aqua Liquid Glue to hold down my twine.
Some finishing touches of enamel dots and another twine bow and this cutie is ready to give......

Next, I adhered the "Happy" die cut to the center of the circle and sprinkled a few Bumblebee sequins around my card.

Trendy Twine - Bee Happy!

Good day to all my bloggy friends!
It's Millie, from Crafting with Creative M and today's fun project will feature the pretty Bumblebee Trendy Twine.

Here is what I created.....
I started with the Large Kraft Pillow Box and wrapped some Recollections
"Black & White" paper around the center of the box.

On each side of the pillow box I wrapped some Bumblebee Trendy Twine.

My tag is from TBBM which I found on the Cricut Explore DS.
I used the BEE happy caption and adorable bee from CAC2.
With gel pens I doodled on the BEE happy caption and added black pearls to the bee's antennas for some cuteness. With the MS fringe scissors which I love, I was able to create the super cute grass. I wrapped a piece of the Bumblebee twine around the tag and sprinkled a few rhinestones for some sparkle. I placed a Yellow & White Polka Dots-Trendy Page Dots on the top portion of my tag and I added a rhinestone brad to the center of my pretty Bumblebee Twine bow.

For a fun background, I added a few of the Yellow & White Trendy Page Dots.

Thank you for stopping by and have a blessed day.

Trendy Twine - Happy Bee-lated Birthday

Hi There!

This is Shelly from My Paper Love sharing a Bee-lated Birthday card :) This month the Trendy team is showcasing Bumble Bee Trendy Twine. What a FUN color! The blog will be buzzing with inspiration this month.
I tried something different and took a little inspiration from my DT sister Kimberly. I created a type of spinner card.  I just thought a little floating, spinning bee would be perfect for this month! I created a card and used a die cut for the middle and simply placed the twine down the middle. I sandwiched the bee around the twine. So I had to make my bee pretty on both sides, I sparkled him up with lots of glitter paper and stickles.

I added a pretty yellow polka dot frame on the outside to cover the twine. I added more Bumble Bee Trendy Twine and a fun sentiment.

This was a really fun and simple card to make. Kids would love these little spinning cards!

Trendy Twine- Hap-BEE Birthday!

Hi Everyone!
Kimberly from Kimberly's Crafty Spot today to share some cards featuring
the Bumblebee Trendy Twine.

I made some fun "Bee" inspired birthday cards.

This card is made for a boy.

This one is made for a girl with her cute little bow.

For these card, I kept the background white with some honeycomb embossing, I added some yellow and black washi tapes to the panels along with some Bumblebee Trendy Twine, one with a bow and one with an open bow. I colored the cute bees from 2CuteInk- Cupcake Bee with copic markers and added some accents with white gel pen, wink of stella clear glitter brush pen and stardust stickles.
Next, I die cut the bees out with a circle die then added the fun sentiment to curve on the circle edge. Then I finished the card with some more Bumblebee Trendy Twine as a bee trail and bow then added some matching enamel dots to the card.

Trendy Twine~ Best Wishes Bee Card

Hello friends!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here with you today.  This month we are showcasing projects that use Bumblebee Trendy Twine.
I created this card for my son who recently participated in his school spelling bee.  I gave it to him the morning of the bee as a good luck card.  I used the Bumble Bears file from KaDoodle Bug Designs.  I added Bumblebee Trendy Twine on the tips of the antennae and as a bow on the bear.
I used more of the Bumblebee Trendy Twine and braided a section of it to use as a divider between the patterned paper and the embossed yellow paper.  I also wrapped some of it around the sentiment flag.
And how did my son do at the spelling bee, you may be wondering??  Well, he won 1st place!

3x3 Notecards

Hello everyone!  It's Krystle from Krystle's Crafty Niche & I'm super excited to be guest designing today!  I decided to make some 3x3 notecards for my project.  I absolutely LOVE 3x3 cards & love to have them on hand just in case.(:  Here are 2 that I created using some Bumblebee Trendy Twine.

I used some of my favorite products on these 2 cards.  I used Jaded Blossom's Flag Die for my banners.  I also used Jaded Blossom's Simple Sayings & Simple Sayings 2  stamp sets for my sentiments.  I added some adhesive gems to the top of my cards to finish them off.  I love how adding some trendy twine to my projects help them pop!  (:

Here is a close up of each of my cards.

I want to thank Lesley for allowing me to be a guest DT today!  Thanks for stopping by! (:
