Crafting Inspiration-Day 1

Hello all!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here.  Today is the very first day of the crafting inspiration party with Trendy Twine  and Fleurette Bloom!  It goes all week long, so be prepared for many inspirational projects.

Valentine's Day will be here in about a month, so there is no time like the present to get started on those gifts!  Today I am sharing a beautiful floral gift box that I created with Cherry Cupcake Trendy Twine and two different SVG sets from Fleurette Bloom.
First off, wanted to share this luscious twine with you.  Cherry Cupcake Trendy Twine has a red and pink twist, so it is perfect for all of those Valentine's Day projects.  I weaved it through the lace on the outside of the box and then created a bow with it as well.
Here is the box opened up.  I used the flower box from the Peacock Palace SVG kit to create the box form.
I then decorated it with flowers from Fleurette Bloom's Dia De Los Muertos  SVG kit.  I fell in LOVE with that middle flower!
I finished the box off with a stamped tag that I cut out by hand.  I added a tiny heart to the tag using Cherry Cupcake Trendy Twine and added strings to the tag with it as well.

Here is what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:

I'm Bananas for You!

Happy Saturday! It's Melissa here from M Miranda Creations and I want to share a bit more Valentine's Day inspiration with you today!

This month we are showcasing the Valentine Cherry Cupcake Trendy Twine

A cute monkey and fun sentiment mixed with a sweet color of Trendy Twine = One fun Valentine for my baby girl or maybe my hubby. Have you guys figured out that I love to make things for my family. I enjoy the smile I get back every time! For my project, I started out with a sheet of paper from K & Company and cut out my gift bag. I added a heart doily and the super cute monkey. I had to give the monkey a Trendy Twine bow! I added my sentiment, "I'm Banana's for you!" and finished it off with a bit of ribbon and another pinch of Trendy Twine.

Well with a sentiment like that, I had to fill up my candy chute with some bananas, right!!! I finished off the chute by wrapping it with Valentine Cherry Cupcake Twine and adding a tag and sentiment to match, tying it off with a bow.

More details can be found on my blog.

Here are the products I used from Trendy Twine:

Hearts of Love

Hi everyone!  I'm Helen from HTB Creations.  Today I have some of the Biggie Candy Chutes to show you.  We're also spotlighting the fabulous Valentine Cherry Cupcake Trendy Twine this month.

The Biggie Candy Chutes are 1x8 inches.  I cut out a heart string on my Cricut Explore that is about 6 inches tall and extends out a bit on the width of the box.  I put one on the front and one on the back of the box.

Then I wrapped my Valentine Cherry Cupcake Twine around the top and tied it off with a bow.  Then I added a heart bread tag that I stamped Love onto.  I inked the edges of the tag in red ink.

These make quick great gifts to give to teachers or co-workers.  Make sure and visit Annie's Paper Boutique to pick up your twine (lots of valentine colors on sale now!) and boxes/bags for your Valentine treats!

Have a fabulous day!

Helen

Love - Valentine Treats

Hi There Trendy Fans!

This is Shelly from My Paper Love. I'm super excited to share a sweet treat for Valentines day. I love the Holiday's but I was ready to get out my pinks :) This month the DT is showcasing a gorgeous color Valentine Cherry Cupcake Trendy Twine available in the store HERE.
I always give little candy gifts to the little girls in the neighborhood so here is the first set of gifts for the year :)

I started with some AWESOME treat holders from the Trendy store, the Biggie Candy Chutes. These are a larger size and can fit the heart candies with ease. I love the size!

I created a heart tag using an MCT die cut and created a floating heart attached with some Valentine Cherry Cupcake Twine down the center so that the hearts swings around. Then I added a little bow and wrapped the chutes up with more Valentine Cherry Cupcake Twine. I think the girls will love these. Well... at least I know they'll love the candy :)

Stop by the Trendy store and add these to your Valentines list.

L-O-V-E Trendy Twine

Hello, Trendy Twine friends! It is Jessi from Kissin' Krafts. Today, I am sharing a treat packaging idea perfect for a quick gift-giving idea!

This month's spotlight color is the yummy Valentine Cherry Cupcake twine!

When I think of Valentine's Day, I always think of the delicious conversation hearts. So I used those candies as my inspiration today!

I used two different heart die cuts to form these conversation hearts.  Once the two different colors are glued together, alpha stamps are used with red ink (just like those conversation hearts. To highlight one of the hearts, I used Trendy Twine's Valentine's Cherry Cupcake to outline one heart.

Looking for other ideas about treat packaging? Look in the store for these candy chutes and other packaging items!

We would love to see you join our Twine It Up Facebook group and show off your creations!

Hugs & Kisses w/Jessica

Good Morning Trendy Twiners!
I am so happy to be sharing with you all my first Trendy Twine project for 2015!

Valentine's Day is right around the corner and this month the Trendy Twine DT will be showcasing some of the gorgeous Valentine's Day twine available in the Trendy Twine Store.
Today I have a sweet card and treat to share using a PERFECT Valentine's Day color~
Valentine Cherry Cupcake
Here is my project...I hope you love it!
I started this project by making the card using stamps and dies from My Creative Time and some new paper I picked up from Michaels~ Filled with Love by MME. I added a bow of the Valentine Cherry Cupcake trendy twine to the ampersand and some tiny enamel dots to finish off the card. Very easy and fast card that I think turned out super adorable.
Decorating up the cute packaging that is offered in the Trendy Twine store is a fun way to give a gift and if you are a follower of my blog you know I LOVE to use the packaging in my projects. For this, I used the Biggie Candy Chutes and filled it with some kisses (how appropriate right?!?!) Then to match my card, I wrapped some designer paper around the box, wrapped the Valentine Cherry Cupcake trendy twine around that and used the extra to tie on my ampersand tag.
My card and packaging is all ready to give to that special someone~which will be my hubs, I will put this in his suitcase when he travels next month :)

Happy New Year

This is Sukie and on behalf of the Trendy Twine Design Team, we want to wish you a very Happy New Year.  We are looking forward to some amazing crafty products and twine releases for 2015.  My project for today is a New Year's shaker card.
I used some gorgeous paper from Craft Smith and cut out the stars using my Momenta dies.  The "Happy" was cut from the My Craft Spot Big Words Metal dies multiple times and layered for dimension.  I attached a small hand cut flag with a sentiment from the Craftin Desert Diva's Get Your Jingle On stamp set.  I used a masking technique to only stamp "new year".  The finishing touch was a small bow in Totally Red Trendy Twine.  You can find this beautiful twine in the store and it's currently on sale.
Thanks so much for stopping, we are looking forward to lots of crafty inspiration in 2015.  Happy New Year!
