Trendy Bakers Twine~Spring Tin Tie Bag

Hello all! Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with a springy treat bag. It features Posy Trendy Twine.

I started by filling a Kraft Tin Tie Bag and added a banner of patterned paper. The tag is a Posy Tag-It with a Kraft Brown Trendy Page Dot and a sentiment from the Friendship stamp set stamped in black ink. Once the top was shut, I wrapped Posy Trendy Twine around it three times, strung the tag on it, then tied it in a bow.

To decorate the lower portion of the bag, I added a Pink Floral Plank Pattern Heart Seal and Cotton Candy Sequins. I love the country chic feel this treat bag has!

Trendy Bakers Twine~Friendship Tin Tie Bag

Hello all! Beth from Beth's Beauties here today to share my latest project with you! It is a tin tie treat bag to give to a friend. It features two of the original twists of Trendy Twine, Tickled With Teal, and Strawberry Cupcake.

I started with a Kraft Tin Tie Bag and glued strips of patterned paper from The Paper Studio's Boho Vibes paper pad onto it. I then added short pieces of Tickled With Teal Trendy Twine, and Strawberry Cupcake Trendy Twine to the upper left of the bag. I then created the tag by starting with a Light Teal Large Tag-It and adding a pink 3" Paper Doily to the center and a Krazy For Kraft Trendy Page Dot at the top. I stamped sentiment strips using APB Friendship stamps and Scrapbook.com Leather ink. Once those were glued to the tag, I made a double bow of Tickled With Teal Trendy Twine, and Strawberry Cupcake Trendy Twine for the top of it. Once the bag was closed, I attached the tag to the bag with a Mini Wooden Clothespin for easy access to the treats!  I decided to add a little shimmer to the tag and bag with Cotton Candy Sequins. They coordinated well and added just a bit more visual interest.

Trendy Bakers Twine~Flower Note Card

Hello all!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here.  I don't know about you, but I definitely have spring fever.  Today's project is all about a bold and beautiful bloom!

I started with a Lavender Scallop Note Card and adhered a Sizzix Thinlits Icelandic Poppy die cut to it.  The top layer of petals were popped up with foam tape for extra dimension.  I then added a sentiment strip using a stamp from the Friendship stamp set and Scrapbook.com Mardi Gras ink.  Before adding it to my flower, I wrapped the beautiful Grape Fizz Trendy Twine around both ends and also added a double bow of Grape Fizz Trendy Twine to the left side.  A few Grape Fizz Sequins dressed up the flower.  Since I plan to use this notecard as a gift tag, I punched a hole on the top left corner and added a loop of Grape Fizz Trendy Twine that will make it easy to attach to the gift.

Trendy Bakers Twine~You're the Best Cards

Good morning!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with this collection of uplifting cards.  They feature both Trendy Twines of the month, In the Navy and Totally Navy.

I started out planning to make three cards in this style to send out, but decided to double that to have some in my stash.  I used a sketch from December 2019 SheetLoad of Cards to create them.

Here's a list of supplies I used to make these cards: patterned paper from The Paper Studio Pretty Petals paper pad, solid color Recollections cardstock, Kraft Large Tag-Its, Sky Large Tag-Its, scalloped stitched heart dies, In The Navy Trendy Page Dots, In the Navy Trendy Twine, Totally Navy Trendy Twine, a stamped sentiment from the APB Friendship stamps, enamel dots and adhesive gems.  Adhesives used include ATG and Bearly Art precision tip glue.

Don't you think these cards work perfectly as a thinking of you card?  I sure do!

Trendy Bakers Twine~Mother's Day Card

Hello all!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with a Mother's Day card.  It features one of our bright and cheerful twines of the month, Totally Lemon Trendy Twine.

I started by stamping a Unity stamp onto watercolor paper with Scrapbook.com hybrid black ink.  Once that was fully dry, I watercolored the image with Distress Inks then die cut around the image with a GMD Eyelet Elegance rectangle die.  That die has the perfect holes to weave the Totally Lemon Trendy Twine through!  I love how it added texture and created another visual frame around the image.  I added a sentiment from the APB Friendship stamp set onto a kraft banner and glued a die cut "mom" above it to make it a little more personalized.  The sequins on the card are from the Grape Fizz Sequin, Raspberry Cupcake Sequin and Sky Sequin mixes and were adhered with Bearly Art precision tip glue. The whole front panel was then glued to a kraft card base that I had distressed with brown ink along the edges.  I think this will be the perfect card to give my mom for Mother's Day!

Trendy Bakers Twine - You're One of a Kind

Hi Trendy Fans!

This is Shelly with My Paper Love on the blog today to share a sweet Spring card that features our spotlight twine Chocolate Cupcake Trendy Twine & Chocolate Sprinkles Trendy Twine. 

I came across this tree die in my collection and thought it would make a perfect card with a Spring theme. Chocolate Cupcake Trendy Twine & Chocolate Sprinkles Trendy Twine are such gorgeous colors and I wanted to use both together. I started with kraft card stock and used some rectangular dies to create a base. I added 3D adhesive to give a nice dimensional look to the card. Next, I stamped a sentiment from the Friendship Stamp Set and just added simple bow of both twines.

A very clean and simple card, that showcases the twine and the sentiment perfectly.

Trendy Bakers Twine~Love You Tag

Good morning!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with a mixed media tag that features our lime twine twists, Limeade and Totally Limeade.  It was a fun project to alter and add things to!

The back layer is a Sky Large Tag-it which had a trimmed down Pink Large Tag-It popped up with foam tape on top of it.  I took 1/4" off both sides of the pink tag and stamped the sentiment from APB Friendship stamp set in VersaFine Morning Mist ink before adhering it.  Next, I cut a piece of patterned paper, tore the top edge, and glued it to the pink tag.  Along each side of the pink tag, I adhered two lines of Limeade Trendy Twine with Bearly Art precision glue.  At the top of the tag, I added a Pink Midnight Trendy Page Dot, looped Limeade Trendy Twine through and added a bow of Totally Limeade Trendy Twine.  For extra fun, I glued Pink Diamonds Sparkling Gems in the shape of a heart on the patterned paper and also added a trio of them around the sentiment.  The final addition was crinkle seam binding at the bottom of the tag.

Hi Trendy Fans!

This is Shelly from My Paper Love sharing a little fun with the Lemon Midnight Trendy Twine. 

For this project I used a die to create a little treat holder. If you don’t want to make your own, Annie’s Paper Boutique has cute paper pockets, too. 

I added a belly band and stamped the treat holder with a sentiment from the APB Friendship Stamps

Lastly I wrapped the holder in Lemon Midnight twine that gives the treat a perfect finish.

Trendy Bakers Twine - Hello Friend

Hello Trendy Fans!

I hope all is well in your part of the world. I think most of the world is so hot and humid and we're all ready for a bit of a cool down. This is Shelly and I have a sweet little project to share using our spotlight color Lime Grapesicle Trendy Twine. 

So this twine was created for Halloween and Mardi Gras but look how cute it looks with these sweet little butterflies. I have to tell you that's why I love Trendy Twine so much, because of the versatility. Just use your imagination! 

This is a pretty simple card, I used a die cut label with the new Friendship Stamps that are just so perfect for all occasions. I wrapped the label with a little Lime Grapesicle Trendy Twine and stamped the sentiment.

Trendy Bakers Twine~Popsicle Friendship Card

Hello all!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with a fun summer themed project that features Lime Grapesicle Trendy Twine.  Did you know this twist is intended to be used for Halloween or Mardi Gras projects?  Guess what?  I used it because I love the bright colors and they work perfect for summer.  I encourage you to do the same with any of your "traditional" craft supplies.  Use them for something new and unexpected!

This was a fairly simple card.  The background has washi tape strips in green and purple on it and I added strips of Lime Grapesicle Trendy Twine around the washi tape.  I glued a bow of Lime Grapesicle Trendy Twine on the center wrap of twine, then added the stamped sentiment from Friendship Stamps in purple ink.  The twin popsicles were svg files and I inked the edges of the cuts for extra dimension.  Grape Fizz Sequins added a little sparkle to the card front and all that was matted with green and purple cardstock to tie the color scheme together.

Trendy Bakers Twine - Friendship Tags

Hi Trendy Fans!

This is Shelly from My Paper Love sharing a project using our spotlight twine Sky Trendy Twine. This is such a pretty combo of light blue with natural/unbleached twine. I created some fun tags using both Sky Trendy Twine and the new Friendship stamp set.

My tag bases are the White Large Tag Its that I added a square die cut of pattern paper.

I added two sweet sentiments from the  Friendship stamp set and tied each tag with a great big Trendy bow of Sky Trendy Twine.

I love having tag on hand to add to gift bags. These sentiments are just perfect for all occasions!
