Tag Tuesday~Retro Reindeer Tag

Good morning and welcome to another Tag Tuesday with Beth from Beth's Beauties! When I saw the adorable reindeer on this retro tag, I knew I needed to make something with it.

The base for this project is a Kraft Large Tag-It with a Reindeer & Stocking Retro Tag adhered and the top corners trimmed to size of the kraft tag. I glued Delightful Sequins to the front with Bearly Art precision tipped glue, and finally stapled green chevron ribbon from the Chevron Ribbon Sampler to the top. Honestly, a 5 minute project that can be used as a gift tag or even added to a card front as a focal point.  That sweet retro image is sure to make anyone smile!

Tag Tuesday - Hello Pumpkin

Hey Trendy Fans! 

It's Shelly from My Paper Love, and I'm absolutely thrilled to bring you a charming Fall tag project using the Kraft Large Tag-its. For this creation, I've opted for a cozy buffalo check background pattern paper paired with rustic burlap, featuring delightful die-cut pumpkins and an endearing sentiment from the Happy Thanksgiving Stamp Set and Creamy Pumpkin Trendy Bakers Twine. Let's dive right into the creative journey!

To set the stage for this Fall-themed tag, I chose a buffalo check background pattern paper to mat the Kraft Large Tag-Its. The classic and warm design of buffalo check immediately makes you think of cozy flannel shirts and pumpkin-spiced lattes, making it the ideal choice for this project. The rich, earthy tones in the pattern paper set the tone for a rustic Fall feel.

To infuse some tactile charm into the tag, I incorporated burlap. Its rough texture and neutral color perfectly complement the rustic theme. A small strip of burlap across the tag not only adds visual interest but also a delightful touch of texture that's reminiscent of Fall's harvest season.

One of the highlights of this Fall tag project is the use of big, gorgeous die-cut pumpkins. These vibrant pumpkins take center stage on the tag, evoking the essence of Fall's bountiful harvest. To make them pop even more, I used a white pen to highlight some details, giving the pumpkins a lifelike appearance.

Last but certainly not least, I added a heartwarming sentiment to complete the tag and tied it with the gorgeous Creamy Pumpkin Trendy Bakers Twine. The sentiment, came from the Happy Thanksgiving Stamp Set and adds a touch of whimsy and warmth to the project. 

And there you have it! A delightful Fall tag crafted with love, featuring a harmonious blend of patterns, textures, and sentiments that capture the spirit of the season. Trendy Bakers Twine~You're the Best Cards

Good morning!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with this collection of uplifting cards.  They feature both Trendy Twines of the month, In the Navy and Totally Navy.

I started out planning to make three cards in this style to send out, but decided to double that to have some in my stash.  I used a sketch from December 2019 SheetLoad of Cards to create them.

Here's a list of supplies I used to make these cards: patterned paper from The Paper Studio Pretty Petals paper pad, solid color Recollections cardstock, Kraft Large Tag-Its, Sky Large Tag-Its, scalloped stitched heart dies, In The Navy Trendy Page Dots, In the Navy Trendy Twine, Totally Navy Trendy Twine, a stamped sentiment from the APB Friendship stamps, enamel dots and adhesive gems.  Adhesives used include ATG and Bearly Art precision tip glue.

Don't you think these cards work perfectly as a thinking of you card?  I sure do!

Trendy Bakers Twine - Easter Tags

Hi Trendy Fans!

This is Shelly with My Paper Love on the blog today to share some Easter tags that feature our spotlight twine Chocolate Cupcake Trendy Twine & Chocolate Sprinkles Trendy Twine. Such gorgeous colors and both of these are perfect for Spring and Easter crafting and packaging.

I love putting together Easter baskets for my family. I fill them with little candies, games, chapsticks, and of course, Easter eggs! I love to personalize my baskets with a fun tag. I created these cute little Easter tags using both the spotlight colors and the Large Kraft Tag Its. They are just perfect to decorate your Easter Baskets. 

I started with the Kraft Large tag-its, and added a die cut Easter egg. I used a color combination that would showcase the Chocolate Cupcake Trendy Twine and I think t turned out nicely.

I used Chocolate Sprinkles Trendy Twine and used a different combo to create this tag.

And here they are hanging on an Easter Basket. Admittedly, this basket is not complete but I just wanted to show how quick, easy and adorably you can personalize and decorate your baskets for Easter using Trendy Twine!

Trendy Bakers Twine ~ Valentine Tag

Good Thursday morning!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with this mixed media Valentine tag.  I used our featured twine of the month, Cherry Cupcake Trendy Twine.

I started with a Kraft Large Tag-It and glued a big heart of Cherry Cupcake Trendy Twine onto the tag with Bearly Arts precision glue.  I then added the Heart Tickets with foam tape.  Next I filled some empty space on the tag with images from the You & Me stamp set using Scrapbook.com Leather ink.  Embellishing with Pink Diamond Sparkling Gems brought some sparkle to the tag, which I love!  At the top of the tag, I added a Cherry Latte Trendy Page Dot and a tie of Cherry Cupcake Trendy Twine to finish it off.

Trendy Bakers Twine~Teal Fall Tag

Happy Thursday!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here with this sweet fall tag.  In Nebraska, we have been getting real fall temperatures this week and it makes me want to create ALL the fall things!  I especially love using teal in fall projects, so the monthly spotlight of Twisted Teal Trendy Twine is absolutely perfect to accent with.

I started with a Kraft Large Tag-It and glued teal printed cork paper from DCWV's Fall & Halloween cork stack on it. On the back of the tag, I drew where I wanted the holes for the Trendy Twine to go through, then punched them with a tiny hole punch.  I then threaded the Twisted Teal Trendy Twine through the holes, weaving them in the process.  I used a Happy Fall Pumpkins Print & Punch Tags layered with a brown die cut GMD Doily die as the focal point.  It is popped up with foam tape.  I glued Autumn Sequins on the tag as well.  For the top, I first added a Spiced Pumpkin Trendy Page Dot, then placed two strands of Twisted Teal Trendy Twine through the tag hole, and finally tied around the teal twine with a bow of Totally Pumpkin Trendy Twine.

Trendy Bakers Twine - Merry & Bright

Hello Trendy Fans!

This is Shelly from My Paper Love... Can you believe it's only 17 days until Christmas? Are you ready? I'm not, but I never am. Oh well :) 
The one item I am always scrambling for is tags, I never have enough tags. So today I'm sharing a tag project using the Annie's Paper Boutique Kraft Large tag-its.

Okay, so I will just tell you now that I'm in love with this tag! It was not very hard to make so you could create a bunch of them too. I started with the Kraft Large tag-its and added some buffalo check paper. Next, I die cut the Merry & Bright in bright white and added some diamond dust stickles. For the top I used the MS branch punch and tied the tag with Totally Red Trendy Twine which for the record is the PERFECT shade of red ;)

Oh I just love how this turned out! Here it is on one of the gifts under the tree already :)

Trendy Bakers Twine ~ Halloween Candy Tin

Good morning!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here today. This month we are featuring Black Licorice Trendy Twine as well as Candy Tins.  This is what I created for today!

I added candy to the Candy Tin...the most important part, right?!  It held 2 snack size Reese's and 2 snack size Hershey's bars (stacked on top of each other).  I used patterned paper to wrap around the tin as a belly band, then added the tag.  For the tag, I used a Kraft Large Tag-It, Black Licorice Trendy Page Dot, Black Licorice Trendy Twine, a stamped sentiment from APB Happy Halloween stamp set, washi tape, and Lime Licorice Batty Sequins.  I created a spiderweb in the corner of the Kraft Large Tag-It by punching small holes , then using a large needle to thread the Black Licorice Trendy Twine through them.

Trendy Bakers Twine ~ 40th Birthday Card

Hello all and happy Thursday!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here with you today.  This month we are spotlighting the very versatile Totally Kraft Trendy Twine.  I created this 40th birthday card using it.  It is 5x7", which is larger than the A2 size I normally make.

Using a White Large Tag-It, I cut a 40 out of it with my Silhouette Cameo and then added a sentiment from the APB Documenting the Everyday stamp set to the bottom.  Behind the 40 I adhered rows of Totally Kraft Trendy Twine to the back of the tag.  When that was done, I glued a Kraft Large Tag-It behind the white tag-it.  At the top of the tag, I added a Pink Midnight Trendy Page Dot and some Totally Kraft Trendy Twine.

The base of the card was created with The Paper Studio's Stonewashed 4.5x6.5 paper pad and black cardstock.  I wrapped Totally Kraft Trendy Twine around the banners and added Chocolate Truffle Sequins to the top right corner.

Trendy Twine ~ Thankful Treat Bags

Hello all and happy Tuesday!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here with you today, and I am sharing these thankful treat bags that my 5 year-old son and I created.

He wanted to make something for his preschool teachers, so I got out my Annie's Paper Boutique and let him choose what he wanted to use!  He started by stamping the Kraft Large Tag-It with a sentiment from the APB Happy Thanksgiving stamp set in blue (his favorite color!) and a pumpkin stamp which we heat embossed with copper embossing powder.  He added the tags to Orange Chevron Treat Bags.

Here are the finished bags! He also used Spiced Pumpkin Trendy Page Dots and Creamy Pumpkin Trendy Twine on the tags.

He added candy in the bags and glued them shut with Glue Dots.

Connor was really proud of the treats he gave to his teachers!
