Happy Birthday Lesley!!

Hello all! Beth from Beth's Beauties here. Today is a special day...Lesley's birthday! Lesley is the owner of Annie's Paper Boutique. Of course, I couldn't let this day go by without a special birthday post for the birthday girl. Here is the card I sent off to Lesley.

This year, I went with a fall theme because I loved those sweet pumpkin images on the papers from Echo Park's Sweater Weather 6x6 paper pad. I used circle dies to cut layers for the focal point, then used a precision glue press to adhere Spiced Pumpkin Trendy Twine around the circle and also added a bow of the same twine at the bottom of the circle.

The sentiment banner on the front features a sentiment from the APB Happy Thanksgiving stamp set, which was stamped with SB.com Dark Chocolate ink. I used brads to secure the banner to the card.

I also decorated the inside of the card with scraps from the papers I used on the front. The inside sentiment is from the APB Smile stamp set.

Trendy Bakers Twine~Fall Thank You Card

Hello all! Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with a fall thank you card. I love how elegant fall colors and leaves can be and that was my vision for this card.

The patterned papers are from The Paper Studio's Joyfall Gathering paper pack. Before adhering the decorative paper strip to the middle of the card, I wrapped Orange Truffle Trendy Twine around it several times, then tied the ends into a bow. For the maple leaf focal point, I used a Cuttlebug die and embossing folder combo, then distressed it with SB.com Leather ink. I wanted to make the leaf pop off the paper without occluding the view of the patterned papers, so I chose a patterned vellum and die cut it with a GMD double sitched hexagon die. I also used that die set for the other hexagons on the card. The sentiment was stamped with SB.com Orange Cream ink using the APB Happy Thanksgiving stamp set. It was popped up with foam tape. Adhering a trio of Autumn Sequins with Bearly Art precision glue was the finshing touch.

Trendy Bakers Twine~Thankful Fall Tag

Hello all! Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with a fall tag that has a thankful theme to it. Every day is a good day to count our blessings, but especially with Thanksgiving right around the corner! This kind of tag is perfect to let friends, family, neighbors, or coworkers know you are thankful for them.

The base is a Mango Chunky Tag-It stamped all over with the image stamps from the APB Hello Fall planner stamp set. The inks I used are from Scrapbook.com and the colors are Leather, Cardinal Red, Orange Spice, and Succulent. Once the tag was stamped all over, I added a Spiced Pumpkin Trendy Page Dot to the top of the tag. Since the opening at the top of the Chunky Tag-Its is not round, there were little gaps on each side of the Trendy Page Dot, which is exactly what I wanted for the technique I planned for the Trendy Twine. I Cut 3 lengths of Orange Truffle Trendy Twine 12" long and fed each one halfway through the three openings at the top of the tag. I then proceeded to braid the twine, which was double stranded, and tied a knot in the end when I was finished. The sentiment tag was created by stamping an image from the APB Hello Fall planner stamp set in Cardinal Red ink and a sentiment from the APB Happy Thanksgiving stamp set in Leather ink. I ink blended the edges of it with Camel ink to lend to the fall theme. A staple secured it to the tag. For a finishing touch, a trio of Autumn Sequins were glued in place with Bearly Art precision glue.

Trendy Bakers Twine~Thankful For You

Hello all and Happy Thanksgiving! Beth from Beth's Beauties here today and I wanted to share how thankful I am for each and every one of you with this Thanksgiving card. 

I started by making the card base with panels of patterned paper from DCWV's Fall Gathering stack.  Don't you just love all the delicious foods on that bottom paper? It makes me think of a big Thanksgiving meal! Where the two papers meet, I wrapped Creamy Pumpkin Trendy Twine three times and also added a bow. The focal point was a die cut Pink Fresh fancy label with a pumpkin I fussy cut out of the patterned paper glued to it. I stamped all of the fun images from the Hello Fall planner stamp set onto more of the patterned papers and fussy cut those out as well to adhere around the pumpkin. Autumn Sequins added a bit of shine to the card and the final touch was a sentiment from the Happy Thanksgiving stamp set. Trendy Bakers Twine - Gratitude Jar

In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, it's easy to get caught up in the challenges and stressors that come our way. However, taking a moment to reflect on the positive aspects of our lives can significantly impact our overall well-being. One simple and creative way to foster gratitude is through the use of a gratitude jar. This is Shelly from My Paper Love and I’m so excited to share how this humble jar can become a powerful tool for cultivating mindfulness and appreciation for the good things in life.

I started with a mini mason jar, but feel free to choose any size that suits your preferences. The key is to make it personal and meaningful to you. I opted for Fall-themed paper to bring a touch of seasonal warmth to my gratitude jar. Creating a label for the front of the jar adds a personal touch, making it visually appealing and inviting.

I used the vibrant orange Annie’s Paper Boutique Mango Tag-It to make a fun tag. Utilizing a rub-on transfer sticker kit allowed me to customize the tag. Annie's Paper Boutique Mango Tag-It, paired with the rub-on transfer sticker kit, proved to be a dynamic duo.

I used a circle die cut to add a touch of elegance, creating a charming aesthetic for the jar. Choosing a sentiment from the Happy Thanksgiving Stamp Set to adorn the top, adds a warm element, reminding us to be thankful not just during the holiday season but throughout the year. 

The final touch and to tie it all together I adhered the Mango Tag-It to the jar with most gorgeous color Totally Pumpkin Trendy Twine. This autumn-inspired twine is a celebration of the season's warm hues and the cozy essence of pumpkin spice.  Trendy Twine brings you a must-have accessory to elevate your fall crafting experience.

Trendy Bakers Twine~Treats to Gobble!

Hello all! Fall is in the air, and with it, a feeling of thankfulness! Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with this adorable Thanksgiving treat that would be perfect for favors at a meal, for coworkers, or just a special treat for friends or neighbors.  It features Totally Pumpkin Trendy Twine.

I first filled a Medium Clear Pillow Box with s'mores flavored M&M's...yum! The belly band was created with 6" length of patterned paper from DCWV's Sweater Weather stack. I decorated a Lemon Tag-It with a Hello Fall Trendy Page Dot, a stamped sentiment from the Happy Thanksgiving stamp set, Autumn Sequins, and a turkey I fussy cut from DCWV's Fall Gathering stack.  I then braided 3 strands of Totally Pumpkin Trendy Twine, wrapped it around the belly band, feeding it through the tag, and tying it in a bow. A "thankful" charm added just a little more visual interest to the bow. Adhesives used include double sided tape, foam tape, and mini Glue Dots.

Tag Tuesday - Hello Pumpkin

Hey Trendy Fans! 

It's Shelly from My Paper Love, and I'm absolutely thrilled to bring you a charming Fall tag project using the Kraft Large Tag-its. For this creation, I've opted for a cozy buffalo check background pattern paper paired with rustic burlap, featuring delightful die-cut pumpkins and an endearing sentiment from the Happy Thanksgiving Stamp Set and Creamy Pumpkin Trendy Bakers Twine. Let's dive right into the creative journey!

To set the stage for this Fall-themed tag, I chose a buffalo check background pattern paper to mat the Kraft Large Tag-Its. The classic and warm design of buffalo check immediately makes you think of cozy flannel shirts and pumpkin-spiced lattes, making it the ideal choice for this project. The rich, earthy tones in the pattern paper set the tone for a rustic Fall feel.

To infuse some tactile charm into the tag, I incorporated burlap. Its rough texture and neutral color perfectly complement the rustic theme. A small strip of burlap across the tag not only adds visual interest but also a delightful touch of texture that's reminiscent of Fall's harvest season.

One of the highlights of this Fall tag project is the use of big, gorgeous die-cut pumpkins. These vibrant pumpkins take center stage on the tag, evoking the essence of Fall's bountiful harvest. To make them pop even more, I used a white pen to highlight some details, giving the pumpkins a lifelike appearance.

Last but certainly not least, I added a heartwarming sentiment to complete the tag and tied it with the gorgeous Creamy Pumpkin Trendy Bakers Twine. The sentiment, came from the Happy Thanksgiving Stamp Set and adds a touch of whimsy and warmth to the project. 

And there you have it! A delightful Fall tag crafted with love, featuring a harmonious blend of patterns, textures, and sentiments that capture the spirit of the season. Tag Tuesday~Scarecrow Tag

Hello all! Beth from Beth's Beauties here. For the remainder of the year, I am going to be featuring quick tag ideas using products from Annie's Paper Boutique.  This week, I am sharing a simple fall tag with a sweet scarecrow on it.

I started with a Kraft Chunky Tag-It and stamped a sentiment from the Happy Thanksgiving stamp set using Twilight VersaFine Clair ink.  I used a Round Scarecrow No. 2 Vintage Inspired Tag as the focal point.  It was matted with navy blue paper that was die cut with a GMD x-stitched circle die.  Isn't that scarecrow adorable?!  It comes with lovely inked edges that add such a sweet vintage feel to it.  I popped it up with foam tape onto the kraft tag.  At the top of the tag, I added Dark Citrus Trendy Twine and a bow of Totally Navy Trendy Twine, then finished it off with Blue Berry sequins and Chocolate Truffle sequins adhered with Bearly Art precision tip glue.  Didn't it turn out cute?

Trendy Bakers Twine - So thankful for you

 Hi Trendy Fans!

Today marks the last day of Fall and tomorrow is the beginning of Winter. Now if you live in an area where you can see the seasons change then you are well aware of this. But here in southern California Fall and winter just sort of meld together. This is Shelly from MyPaperLove and while I'm still quite happy to wear boots and sweaters, drink warm beverages and snuggle in big chunky blankets, I miss the leaves changing and crunching of the pile that fall on the ground. So my card is for all of you that are so fortunate to see the pretty Fall leaves everywhere.

I'm a very clean and simple crafter so I think Trendy Twine is quite honestly the perfect accessory to every project. I'm not bias LOL.

This is Shelly from MyPaperLove  joining the blog today to share a fun thank you treat. I am using the spotlight color Totally Navy Trendy Twine and a 2x2 Kraft Box.

I made a very clean and simple little treat box. I love these boxes, they make quick and easy gift packaging. They are so simple to put together in a fold-and-tuck construction. They are the perfect size for your favorite candy, chocolate, jewelry, or any small object. 

I wrapped some patterned paper around the box and tied it with some gorgeous Totally Navy

I added a cute little tag that I stamped with a sentiment from the  Happy Thanksgiving Stamp Set.
