Trendy Bakers Twine~Spring Tin Tie Bag

Hello all! Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with a springy treat bag. It features Posy Trendy Twine.

I started by filling a Kraft Tin Tie Bag and added a banner of patterned paper. The tag is a Posy Tag-It with a Kraft Brown Trendy Page Dot and a sentiment from the Friendship stamp set stamped in black ink. Once the top was shut, I wrapped Posy Trendy Twine around it three times, strung the tag on it, then tied it in a bow.

To decorate the lower portion of the bag, I added a Pink Floral Plank Pattern Heart Seal and Cotton Candy Sequins. I love the country chic feel this treat bag has!

Trendy Bakers Twine~Christmas Pillow Box

Hello all! Beth from Beth's Beauties here, and I am thrilled to be back with another Christmas project. This time it is a pillow box that is perfect for stocking stuffer gifts or even a gift card!

I started with a Large Kraft Pillow Box and adhered patterned paper from DCWV's Hand-Painted Christmas stack around the center. I added double sided adhesive towards the left of the belly band and wrapped Cherry Limeade Trendy Twine around it five times to really make a visual impact. I then took a Leaf Green Tag-It, added a Kraft Brown Trendy Page Dot, stamped a sentiment from the Merry & Bright stamp set in black ink, then glued O Christmas Tree sequins to it. The tag was popped up with foam tape to the front of the pillow box, then I glued a double bow of Cherry Limeade Trendy Twine to the tag to finish everything off. Now it is ready for gift giving this Christmas!

Tag Tuesday~Happy Day Tag Cards

Good morning! Beth from Beth's Beauties here, back with another Tag Tuesday project. This time, it is a little different. I created cards that have a focal point of a tag instead of just decorating a tag. I love the extra visual interest a tag adds to cards!

The four cards are created in the same manner, but have different tag/twine combinations. The card layout was inspired by the December 2019 SheetLoad of Cards sketch. All cards have papers from DCWV's Get It Girl stack. The first two cards used Lemon Tag-Its, Kraft Brown Trendy Page Dots, and Krazy for Kraft Trendy Twine. The sentiment from Pink and Main's Birthday Wishes stamp set was stamped on all the tags with VersaFine Clair Morning Mist ink.

This second style of tag was created with a White Tag-It, Lemon Midnight Trendy Page Dot, and Totally Lemon Trendy Twine. 

The final style of tag was created with a Kraft Tag-It, Lemon Midnight Trendy Page Dot, and Stormy Trendy Twine. Adhesives used include ATG, Scotch foam tape, and Bearly Art precision glue. The cards were embellished with Sunny Yellow Pearl Pen dots and thin gold nail art tape.

Trendy Bakers Twine~Sweet Easter Treat Bag

Good morning!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here.  Easter is right around the corner, so of course, that is the theme of today's project! This sweet Easter treat bag went together easily and would work to make multiples of if needed.

First, I grabbed a Purple Chevron Treat Bag and filled it with York peppermint eggs, YUM!  I folded over the top of the bag to attach the decorated tag.  For that, I utilized a White Large Tag-It that I embossed with a basket weave Darice embossing folder and added egg die cuts to it.  The yellow egg was embossed with a chevron Darice embossing folder to continue the design on the bag.  That egg was popped up with foam tape and a bow of Totally Grape Trendy Twine was glued to it.  A Kraft Brown Trendy Page Dot, a sentiment stamped in black ink from the Greetings stamp set, and Grape Fizz Sequins finished off the tag.  To attach it to the bag, I punched a hole in the bag and wrapped Totally Grape Trendy Twine several times around the top of the hole, creating a fan appearance on the front and securing the Trendy Twine on the back side.

Trendy Bakers Twine~Best of Luck Tag

Hello all!  We are in the month of March and that means all things GREEN!  The featured Trendy Twine of the month is Twisted Lime and it sure is pretty.  Beth from Beth's Beauties here today, and I created a "Best of Luck" tag that could easily be a St. Patrick's Day tag just by changing the sentiment.  

First, I started with a White Large Tag-It and stamped a sentiment from the APB Greetings stamp set in black at the bottom.  I then tore the bottom off a Spring Green Large Tag-It and created a die cut shamrock in it by using a small heart die and cutting it 4 times, then using an craft knife to cut the shamrock stem.  After tracing the shamrock onto the white tag, I placed strong double sided adhesive over the area and simply lined pieces of Twisted Lime Trendy Twine side by side to cover the whole shamrock area.

Foam tape was added to the outside perimeter of the back of the spring green tag to adhere the two tags together.  To embellish, I added a Kraft Brown Trendy Page Dot at the top of the tag and ran two lengths of Twisted Lime Trendy Twine through the tag hole.  A bow of Totally Kraft Trendy Twine secured the green twine pieces.  The finishing touch was gluing Twisted Lime Sequins on the tag with Bearly Art precision tip glue.

Trendy Bakers Twine~Happy Father's Day Tag

Hello all!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with this tag.  This month we are featuring Sky Trendy Twine.  I just love the natural twist in this twine!  I really enjoyed using it for this Father's Day project.

I started with a Sky Large Tag-It and added patterned paper from DCWV's Coastal stack on the bottom.  I love how well it matched!  I then wrapped Sky Trendy Twine above the patterned paper to create a border.  To the top of the tag, I used a Kraft Brown Trendy Page Dot, Sky Trendy Twine and tied a bit of  Totally Sky Trendy Twine on the tassel.  The die/stamp combo are from Gina Marie Designs, and I used Scrapbook.com Charcoal ink for the stamps.  The Happy die cuts are popped up for visual interest and that was it!  I like the simple linear look to this tag.  I think it is perfect for the occasion!

Trendy Bakers Twine~Fall Thanks with Teal

Happy Monday!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with with this fall themed card.  I especially love using teal in fall projects, so the monthly spotlight of Twisted Teal Trendy Twine and the brand new Light Teal Tag-Its are perfect for that.

For this card, I used patterned papers from DCWV's Sweater Weather and kraft cardstock.  I used an edge die to create a fun edge in the middle of the card.  I really had a lot of fun with the tag!  I started with a Light Teal Tag-It and stamped it all over with the images from the Hello Fall Planner stamp set using Mermaid ink from Scrapbook.com.  The sentiment is from the Happy Thanksgiving stamp set and I used Scrabook.com Cinnamon ink for it, then highlighted with white gel pen next to it.  Finally, I added a Kraft Brown Trendy Page Dot and Twisted Teal Trendy Twine to the top of the tag.  The heart was die cut from a GMD big and little pierced chain die.  The big dots were perfect to lace more Twisted Teal Trendy Twine through!  That was popped up with foam tape.  The finishing touch was a trio of teal enamel dots in the top right corner.

Trendy Bakers Twine~Minion Take Out Box

Hello everyone!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here with you today.  This month we are featuring Lemon Tart Trendy Twine and Mini Kraft Take Out Boxes.  What I think of when I see yellow is....MINIONS!  My kids have all of the movies and have even given themselves minion nicknames ;) So naturally, I had to make this treat box with that theme.

 I started with a Mini Kraft Take Out Box and covered the sides with Minion cardstock.  Once that was on, I framed the front "Bob" panel with Lemon Tart Trendy Twine using Lineco adhesive and a precision tip bottle.  After filling the box with treats, I created the tag.

 I stamped a sentiment from the You've Got Mail stamp set and stamped it in brown ink onto a Mango Tag-It.  I decorated the tag with a Kraft Brown Trendy Page Dot and Frosted Cranberry Sequins, then tied it with a bow of Lemon Tart Trendy Twine to the box handle.

Trendy Bakers Twine ~ Fall Twine & Tag

Hello everyone!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with a twine & tag post.  I fell in love with the Happy Fall Pumpkins Print & Punch Tags I used on my treat bags earlier this month, so I decided to use that to make a festive fall tag!

I started with a Spring Green Large Tag-It and added a banner of DCWV printed cork for a fun fall texture.  The Happy Fall Pumpkins Print & Punch Tag (cut out with my Brother Scan N Cut) is the focal point and I matted it with a scalloped circle die cut.  I used Lineco Adhesive in a precision tip bottle to adhere Spiced Pumpkin Trendy Twine around the circle and the tiny bow.  At the top of the tag, I used a Kraft Brown Trendy Page Dot and more Spiced Pumpkin Trendy Twine for a tassel.  For the final embellishment, I glued on three Chocolate Truffle Sequins to the top right side.

Trendy Bakers Twine ~ Boho Style Twine & Tag

Hello all!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here sharing this sweet tag with you today.  Pink is my favorite color, so I really enjoyed using that color palette for this project.

I started with a Pink Large Tag-It and added a diagonal section of paper from The Paper Studio's Boho Vibes paper pad.  I then added a strip of coordinating washi tape and Raspberry Cupcake Trendy Twine in line with the paper.  The sentiment was from the APB Choose Happy stamp set and was stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa ink.  A Kraft Brown Trendy Page Dot and Raspberry Cupcake Trendy Twine at the top of the tag and Raspberry Cupcake sequins randomly adhered were the finishing touches!
