Tag Tuesday~Gift Card Holder

Hello all! Beth from Beth's Beauties back with another Tag Tuesday idea so you can get a jump start on your Christmas gifts.  Today's project is a gift card holder using a Biggie Glassine Open End Envelope and a Snowman & Reindeer Retro Tag.

I simply placed a gift card in a Biggie Glassine Open End Envelope and folded the end over, sealing it with a Glue Dot. The Snowman & Reindeer Retro Tag was such a quick and cute addition to write to and from on the back. To dress the tag up a bit, I rounded the corners with my corner chomper and punched a hole in the top. I then added a Candy Cane Trendy Page Dot and threaded Candy Cane Trendy Twine through that. To add a little sparkle, I used Bearly Art precision tip glue to adhere sequins from Delightful Sequins and Jolly Medley. Another quick and simple, yet personalized Christmas idea! Trendy Bakers Twine - Birthday Treat

Hope you're all staying safe and dry. This is Shelly with My Paper Love and I'm in Southern California and we are in disbelief of all the rain and snow. It's a very rare occasion to see snow/hail on the beach. At least I've had some time to get creative. 

This month we are spotlighting the oh so pretty Strawberry Cupcake Trendy Twine. Here's a fun little treat bag that I made for a birthday gift. I used the Biggie Glassine Envelope and decorated it with some banner birthday flags. I added the gorgeous Strawberry Cupcake Trendy Twine as the finishing touch. These envelopes are great for small gifts like earrings or gift cards. I just love them -- they give you a little peek at what's inside.

Trendy Bakers Twine - Spooky Treats

Hi Trendy Fans!

This is Shelly from My Paper Love here with you today to share more Halloween fun! I have been making Halloween treats for the kiddos and wanted to share how quick and easy these little treats are to make. With Trendy twine and APB products, you are sure to have an adorable treat! 

I started with Biggie glassine envelopes, these bags are such a great product to have in your crafting supplies. I use them for everything! I placed a die cut at the top of the bag so you can see how easy it is to make a lot of these cuties. 

Next I filled the bags with two fun size candies and tied them with Trick or Treat Trendy Twine. I love how you can see the candy through the translucent bag. 

I love making cute and easy treats for the neighborhood kids and I think they enjoy receiving them too!

Hello all! Cyndy G from Cyndy G - Time Made for Me here today as a guest designer to share another fun Christmas project using the Peppermint Icicle Trendy Bakers Twine Sampler and Biggie Glassine Envelopes from Annie's Paper Boutique.

I used the Gift Card Holder from the Spa Gift Set at My Scrap Chick to create this cute gift and it fits perfectly in the Biggie Glassine Envelopes. 

I used a button hole punch to make holes so I could tie the envelopes closed. It is such a nice presentation for the gifting of a gift card.

Hello Trendy Fans!

This is Shelly from MyPaperLove stopping in to share a fun project using gorgeous Trendy Twine and some other FUN products!

The Holidays are the best time to hand out little treats. I love to put them on presents or surprise someone and leave at their doorstep. These Glassine Bags are just perfect for a treat! I filled them with candy kisses and made a cute tag to match the gorgeous Peppermint Icicle Trendy Twine.

I thought it would be cute to decorate the back of the bag with this fun sentiment from the Merry & Bright Stamp set! I just love how festive this twine is and the gorgeous colors are perfect for winter treats!

Trendy Bakers Twine~Snowflake Sweet Treat

 Hello all!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with this cute treat that features our monthly spotlights of Peppermint Icicle Trendy Twine and a Biggie Glassine Envelope.

I started off by making the bag topper out of a Sky Scallop Note Card, a stamped sentiment from the Let It Snow stamp set, paper scraps, a die cut snowflake, and Frosted Cranberry Sequins.  I added Peppermint Icicle Trendy Twine to the snowflake and I really love how it looks!  I added a hot chocolate packet and a mini candy cane to the Biggie Glassine Envelope for a sweet treat. (I did fold over one long edge of the hot chocolate about 3/4" so it would slide into the envelope easily.)  I used Glue Dots to add the topper to the glassine envelope and finished it off with a couple wraps of Peppermint Icicle Trendy Twine around the envelope.

I started with a Merry Christmas word die, that when I cut it out I had double sided tape on the front of the cut. I then glued to die to the 

Biggie Glassine Envelopes. Once the glue was dried I removed the cover of the tape and slowly started adhering the twine

to the word.

Trendy Bakers Twine -- Ho Ho Ho Treats

 Hello all.  I'm Helen from HTB Creations. I made a few Christmas Treats today using Peppermint Icicle Trendy Twine, Biggie Glassine Envelopes, Hello Santa Stamp Set, Tag-Its, Trendy Page Dots and Peppermint Icicle Sequins.

I purchased a few little candies for my treats. One has small peppermint patty candy and the other is a wrapped peppermint candy.  Next I stamped my Tag-Its with the Hello Santa Stamp.  I found a cute little Santa hat to die cut.  I added a bit of snow marker and puffed that up.

To finish it off, I added the Trendy Page Dots and my Peppermint Icicle Trendy Twine and the fun Peppermint Icicle Sequins. Just a quick and easy treat package to put together!

December Product Spotlight: Peppermint Icicle Trendy Bakers Twine & Biggie Glassine Envelopes

 Happy December! This time of the year is always so much fun on the Trendy Twine blog. Our designers always create the cutest projects for the holiday season. You will
definitely get some crafty inspiration for gift ideas, so be sure to visit often.

Our Trendy Twine color this month is Peppermint Icicle. It's a beautiful
twist of sky blue, white, and cranberry red. 

For our packaging, we are using the Biggie Glassine Envelopes. These are not only great for treats and favors, but they can also be used for paper crafting. The envelopes are translucent so you get a little peek at what's inside.

If you don't want a full spool twine, there is also a Peppermint Icicle Sampler. This little set of Trendy Twine goodness includes Sky, Peppermint Icicle, and Cranberry.

Our Samplers are petite sets of Trendy Twine; and they are a great way to add to your twine collection. Each color is ten yards in length and comes hand wound onto a wooden clothespin for easy use and storage. 

We have a limited edition Sampler for the month of December.  Winter Wonderland is a festive set of Twisted Teal, Raspberry Cupcake, and Twisted Blue Berry.

Trendy Bakers Twine - Stars & Stripes Gift Card Holder

Hi Trendy Fans!

This is Shelly from My Paper Love sharing a fun project using the monthly spotlight product, Stars & Stripes Trendy Twine along with a Biggie Glassine Envelope.

Today I made a gift card holder out of an Annies Paper Boutique Biggie Glassine Envelope. Now, let me first say, you can use any size of the APBs bags, but I picked this one for my gift card.

I just folded half the bag up and sealed it on the sides only. This pocket allows plenty of room for the GC. It also gives you a back pocket behind the GC where you can add a note.

Then you can add a decorative band and of course Stars & Stripes Trendy Twine. Then you can add your sentiment to the glassine bag. I used a sentiment Merry & Bright Stamps which are on sale right now!

Trendy Bakers Twine~Glassine Envelope Easter Treats

Hello everyone!  Easter will be here soon and if you are like me, you are still thinking of last minute treats to give.  Beth from Beth's Beauties here with these treats that feature our monthly twist of Pink Limeade Trendy Twine.

I started by adding three Reese's eggs to a Biggie Glassine Envelope and sealed it shut with a Glue Dot.  I then wrapped Pink Limeade Trendy Twine around the envelope and tied a Large Tag-It to it with a bow.  For this first envelope, I used a Spring Green Large Tag-It and Pink Midnight Trendy Page Dots for embellishing.

The second treat has a Pink Large Tag-It with Lime Orangesicle Trendy Page Dots to embellish.  I used my Brother Scan N Cut to cut the bunny silhouettes out of the Tag-Its.  The Scan N Cut scanned where I had placed the tags on my cutting mat so I could place the bunny cut exactly where I wanted it to cut out of the tag!  I stamped a sentiment in black from the APB Smile stamp set on the tag and finished the treats off by adding a bunny tail of Ice White Pearl Pen.
