Planner Friday - Documenting the Everyday stamp sets

Hello!  I am back today to share with you a couple of new stamp sets from Annie's Paper Boutique.  The Documenting the Everyday sets are perfect for journaling, I used them recently to record my holiday memories and I want to show you how some of those pages turned out.

Products:

I love the look of combining different fonts together to make my writing more interesting but to be honest the only two I can do properly are print and cursive!  That is why I love these stamp sets, they have so many fun fonts and doodles and using them really makes my pages come alive!

Pages in my Travellers Notebook

I used the quote stamps as headings and added little notes about our week away, I also used the arrow stamps when I had more than one memory to record.  I think it looks a lot more interesting than if I had just written everything down without them.

More memories

My favourite day of the holiday was spending time at Woolacombe beach, it really is beautiful there.  I used the stamps to document this day too and one of the camera paper clips to mark the page so I can easily see which ones have photos on.

Do you journal?  APB has lots of fun supplies to help you document your life, why don't you stop by and take a look?

See you again next month!

Trendy Twine - Happy Birthday

Good day to all my bloggy friends!
Happy Thursday!
It's Millie from Crafting with Creative M!

For today's project I have a Birthday Treat & Tag!

For the birthday treat, I filled a Biggie Candy Chute with gum balls.
I wrapped the Lemon Peppermint Trendy Twine around the Candy Chute.

I stamped the "Happy Birthday" sentiment from the New "Smile" stamp set from APB on a Yellow Tag-ItsI made a double pom-pom with the Lemon Peppermint twine and adhered it to the top of the candy chute. The party hat is from the Cricut Design Space.
I embossed the party hat and adhered it to the tag with foam tape for dimension. I added a Totally Pink Trendy Twine bow to the top of the tag. Then, I adhered the tag to the candy chute with glue dots.

I stamped the "Happy Birthday" sentiment on a Pink Tag-Its.
I placed a Pink Cherry Loop De Loop Trendy Page Dots to the top of each tag.
I made small Lemon Peppermint pom-poms and adhered them to each of the party hats. I added a few rhinestones for some sparkle and wrapped a piece of Totally Pink twine to the top of the tag.

Trendy Twine - You are Spooktacular

Hi There!

This is Shelly from My Paper Love sharing a spooktacular  Halloween card using the new Halloween stamps.  My sweet blogger buddy Sherrie sent me a fun Bday package and this awesome Halloween die was inside. I could not wait to use it.
I die cut a giant moon :) I inked it up to look as spooky as can be. I added the die cut which I think went so perfectly with this sentiment. The font is so unique and very cool.

I added a little bit of sparkle and shine and my spooktacular card was complete.

Pop over to Annie's  Paper Boutique and grab this set for all of you Halloween projects!

Trendy Twine -- Smile Box

Hello everyone!  I'm Helen from HTB Creations.  Today I have a pretty quick and simple treat box to show you. I used the yummy Lemon Peppermint Trendy Twine, a Small Take Out Box, the Smile stamp set, and a Yellow Tag-It.

First, I filled the Take Out Box with some red and gold Reece's Peanut Butter Cups.  I wanted to wrap some paper around the box but due to the shape, that makes it a bit hard.  So I cut strips for each side and just stuck them on as close to each seam as I could.  That was the most time consuming part :)

Next I stamped the smile and heart you onto my yellow tag it.  These tags are so fun!  I went with red ink and then added some self stick white dots to the tag too.

Lastly, I doubled up my Lemon Peppermint Trendy Twine and tied it onto my tag and then tied a big double bow.  I then used a few glue dots to stick the tag to the front on my box.

Trendy Twine - Dropping by with a little Hi

Hi Trendy Fans!

This is Shelly from My Paper Love and this month the TT team is spotlighting Lemon Peppermint Trendy Twine. It's such a pretty color for summer and since we are having summer weather the first few days of Fall I thought this card would be very appropriate.

I found some gorgeous sky paper with the prettiest blue, I figured it would go great with this hot air balloon die. I knew it would all go perfect with this awesome sentiment from the Smile stamp set.

I simply die cut the hot air balloon with pattern paper and added a fun flag banner. I tied the banner at both ends with Lemon Peppermint Trendy Twine it gave the Balloon just the right touch.

I sure hope you pop over to the Trendy blog and check out all of the Lemon peppermint inspiration :)

Lemon Peppermint Sure is Sweet

Hello Trendy Twine Fans,

This is Georgiana from Carson's Creations. Today I am fortunate to be sharing my third project as the September Guest Designer for Trendy Twine. The Lemon Peppermint sure has been an awesome color combination...a little sweetness with a touch of spice.  Which do you prefer? Me? I am all about the lemons!

Since this month's theme is "Designer's Choice" I have been having fun (along with ALL the other Trendy Twine designers) showcasing a variety of ways you can use the twine.

I created a 3D window treat box with my Cameo.  The window has been covered with a piece of clear acetate and Lemonhead candies are sealed in a 3 x 4 zipped baggie. The scalloped top is  tied closed with yellow satin ribbon and then topped with a red button and a Trendy Twine bow. Sweet was cut in yellow and white card stock.

The MFT Gerber Daisies were cut with my Cuttlebug and the center of each flower consist of Lemon Peppermint Trendy Twine swirled around into circles. A little bit of liquid glue holds them in place.

Be sure to get your Lemon Peppermint Trendy Twine today!

Georgiana

Trendy Twine ~ Farm Fresh Gift Box

Good morning!  Beth from Beth's Beauties with you today.  This month we are featuring Lemon Peppermint Trendy Twine.  Since fall is here, I went with a harvest theme for my project!
I started with a 3x3x3 kraft box and added papers from G45's Home Sweet Home stack.  I decorated the front with a panel from the paper stack and added sequins from the Autumn Sequin Mix.
I wrapped the box with Lemon Peppermint Trendy Twine and added a Petite Kraft Tag with Metal Rim on which I had stamped a sentiment from the Hello Fall Planner Stamp set.  A few more Autumn Sequins on the top finished it off.

APB Stamps -- Instant Witch

Hello everyone!  I'm Helen from HTB Creations.  I made some things using the new Happy Halloween Stamp set.  I LOVE this set and it was fun making these to show you.

First, I made a card and used the Are you a good witch or a bad witch? stamp.  I also used some Lime Grapesicle Trendy Twine.  The witch is cut from my Cricut machine and is pop dotted on. I finished it off with some self stick black gems.  The green parts of the witch are also sparkly--I used my clear Wink of Stella.

Next, I made a drink pack water bottle holder.  I really wanted to use the Instant Witch. Just add water. stamp and this was perfect!  I used the same green paper from the witch, but did use a different pattern paper.  I decided to wrap the pattern paper around the bottle label.  And I designed the holder on my Cricut and had it cut it out and score it for me.  I used some black eyelets to keep the front flap closed, stamped the sentiment on the front and added the same Lime Grapesicle Trendy Twine to it.

The bottle drink packet holders are so easy to put together.  I can't wait to make more!
Be sure to check back--there are always fun projects on the blog here :)

Trendy Twine- Have a Happy Day Monkey treat bag

Hi Everyone!
Kimberly from Kimberly's Crafty Spot.
Today I am back sharing a treat bag using some fun
Annie's Paper Boutique products and Trendy Twine.

I started my project out with a Yellow Glassine bag, I decorated a panel that I cut to fit the front, with a print and cut monkey from the Silhouette store, next to the cute monkey I added a sentiment from the Smile stamp set that I heat embossed in white. Next I added some Lemon Peppermint Trendy Twine to create a little ground for the monkey to sit on. To the top of the bag, I made two holes and added some Chevron Trendy Page Dots in Red and sealed the bag with more Lemon Peppermint Trendy Twine after I filled it with some jolly ranchers.

Trendy Twine - Beach Day

Happy Monday!  This is Sukie with you today, and I have a single page layout to share featuring some Lemon Peppermint Trendy Twine.  With the end of Summer upon us, I needed to get one last Summer layout in my scrapbook.  My layout page was created with papers from the DCWV Tahiti Beach Stack.  I used several different patterned papers which all coordinated perfectly with the Lemon Peppermint Twine.
The title was cut from the Baby Steps Cricut cartridge and welded together using my Cricut Explore. The arrows were cut from different dies.  The twine was used to accent the background paper by adhering it in a half circle directly on the paper.  I added a Manila Tag to the center of the twine circle and stamped a sentiment and arrow from the Documenting Everyday stamp set.  A Trendy Page Dot was used to embellish the tag along with some paper and more twine.  The tiny stamped arrow and all of the other sentiments are from the same stamp set.  A couple of metal buttons and some enamel dots finished off my layout page.
Check out all of the crafty products used on my project in the store. Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a wonderful day!

We are Mint to Be

Hello Everyone,

This is Georgiana from Carson's Creations and I am sharing my second project as the September Guest Designer for Trendy Twine. I have enjoyed using this month's fabulous twine...Lemon Peppermint. What an awesome color combination!

The assigned theme is Designer's Choice, which means we can create anything! Last week I said I was going to use the peppermint portion of the twine since I already used the lemon, and I did!

First, I covered the white lid with two layers of cardstock and I weaved the twine all the way around. Red gems were added in between.

I used my bow maker to create a triple loop bow.

I wrapped/adhered the twine all the way around the lid using adhesive tape.

Be sure to get your Lemon Peppermint Trendy Twine today!

You can find this great twine color along with many more by visiting the Annie's Paper Boutique store

Stay Creative,
Georgiana
