Trendy Bakers Twine - Candy Please!

Hi Trendy Fans!!
This is Shelly from My Paper Love sharing another fun Halloween treat! This month we are spotlighting Black Licorice Trendy Twine.  I mentioned how I have always created some special treats for the kids on our block for Halloween and I'm just adding some other fun treats for the kids!

I found some fun stickers and thought it would be a great option to hand out instead of all candy treats.

I put each sticker box in a plastic bag and tied it with Black Licorice Trendy Twine and a cute tag stamped with a sentiment from the  Halloween Stamp Set.

I used this sentiment because once the kids open the box they may think who wants stickers... Candy Please - HAHA

I love creating Halloween treats and I hope this adds a little inspiration to your Craft day!

Trendy Bakers Twine ~ Donut Birthday Card

Good morning friends!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here sharing a card that my 7 year old son created.
He cut out paper that he wanted to use from the Pebbles Birthday Wishes paper pad, which included a ticket that had a donut on it, of course!  He embellished the card with washi tape, Krazy For Kraft Trendy Twine, and rhinestones.
Here he is with the completed card!

Annie's Paper Boutique ~ Cute Witch Cards

Hi all!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here to show you how simple printables make card making!  I created 9 of these cute witch cards using Annie Paper Boutique's Happy Halloween Cute Witch Printable Tags.  You still have time to get some of these made before Halloween!
Here is a closeup of one.  They are all made the same way, I just used different patterned papers and washi tape.
The Happy Halloween Cute Witch Printable Tag prints off 11 per sheet, so I had extras from my Treat Packets and used them for these cards! I matted it with a decorative square die cut and mounted that with foam tape to the card base.  Simple, quick, but still super cute to send out to family and friends!

Here's what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:

Planner Friday - Halloween special

Hi!  I'm Amanda from She's Eclectic and I'm the resident planner girl here on the Trendy Twine blog.  If, like me, you're a fan of paper planning then you will love the range of stamps Annie's Paper Boutique have created over the years!  There are practical everyday sets, school life stamps, journalling and scrapbooking kits, special occasion and holiday sets and some really cute image stamps too.

As it is almost Halloween I wanted to show you my spooky themed week I have created using some APB stamps!

If I can, I like to pair my pages's theme with a matching set of Trendy Page Dots reinforcements as they strengthen the paper around the holes and add an extra pop of colour to my spread.  For Halloween I had these awesome skull and pumpkin designs to work with!

Halloween Trendy Page Dots

As usual I started my decoration by adding strips of washi tape to the top and bottom of my pages, followed by the Trendy Page Dots.

I have daily to do lists and reminders so I used the Check It Off set to print some tick boxes (or circles in this case!) and then added what I need to do and remember with the At Home and More At Home stamps.  Anything I don't have a stamp for I fill in with a pen.

Any space I have left over afterwards I use for fun!

My Halloween themed week

I used the quote stamps from my Happy Halloween set on a few of the days and highlighted Saturday and Sunday with a Weekend banner.  For the pumpkins, candy and treats I used stamps from the Hello FallFoodies and Drinks & More sets and then coloured them in once the ink was dry.

The Happy Halloween stamps are on sale right now and you can find some more inspiration for how to use them here on the blog, why don't you take a peek now while you are here?

Happy Halloween and see you again soon for another Planner Friday!

Trendy Bakers Twine -- Hello Boo-tiful!

Hello everyone!  I'm Helen from HTB Creations. Today I have a fun Halloween card to share.  I used Black Licorice Trendy Twine, Lemon Midnight Sequins, and the Happy Halloween Stamp Set.

I found this cute skeleton on Cricut Design Space which I print then cut.  You can see I added some Clear Wink of Stella to some parts.  I die cut the top base layer and glued my Black Licorice Trendy Twine around and added two small bows.

I stamped my sentiment from the Happy Halloween Stamp Set on the white base and used foam tape to add my skeleton.  Then I finished it off with some of the black sequins from the Lemon Midnight Sequins Mix.

Trendy Twine - Spook-Tacular!

Hello and Happy Wednesday Crafty Friends!
Theresa here from Theresa's Crafty Creations
and I'm back as Guest Designer for Trendy Twine!

This month they are featuring Black Licorice Trendy Twine

So PERFECT for HALLOWEEN!!

I decided to make a FUN Halloween card with Scraps!!!

This one was super easy to put together!

I just used the scraps that I had leftover from the
Metal Treat Tin I Made earlier this month (Click Here)

What happened was I made the candy nugget strips a little
longer than I thought so I had to cut them down and
it left me with these little pieces which worked perfectly for this card!

I added all the little scrap pieces to a 3 x 3 1/2
piece of cardstock then grabbed a couple of smaller strips in
purple & green to go across my card front and of course,
added some of that cool Black Licorice Twine
and fun Halloween Sentiment and placed it on top of a white
stitched rectangle card front - then I added a cute image
I colored up last year and popped the whole thing up
on some Fun foam and attached it to an orange card base!
I added some sequins for fun and now it's ready to be mailed off!

The Sentiment Stamp is from

Trendy Bakers Twine ~ Halloween Treat Packets

Good morning!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here.  I had so much fun making a spiderweb out of Black Licorice Trendy Twine for my last post that I decided to give it a whirl again, but this time on a treat packet.  Actually, I made a duo of them for my post today!
I started with a Spring Green Treat Packet and added a Happy Halloween Cute Witch Printable Tag that was matted onto black cardstock to the front.  After adhering Autumn Sequins to the witch panel, I set to work on the top flap.
Using Black Licorice Trendy Twine, I simply wrapped it around the flap to make a wheel spoke pattern.  Then I ran the Trendy Twine under the previous Trendy Twine in a semi circle pattern.  Finally, I let a piece of twine hang down on the right side to attach a die cut spider to!
For the Mango Orange Treat Packet, I made it in a very similar way, using a Happy Halloween Cute Witch Printable Tag and Autumn Sequins.  However, I went with a different design on the flap.
The Black Licorice Trendy Twine was wrapped around the flap first straight across, then an X pattern.  The final touch was a bow of Trendy Twine on which I added a round charm.

This month the Midnight Trendy Twine Sampler on sale!

Trendy Bakers Twine -- Twine & Tag

Hello all!  I'm Helen from HTB Creations. Today I am sharing a Twine & Tag post today.  I used Black Licorice Trendy Twine, a Large Black Tag-Its, Happy Halloween Stamp Set,  Black Licorice Trendy Page Dots, 2x8 Zip Lock Bags, and some Lemon Tart Sequins--just the white/clear.

I found these cute Halloween pencils to use and searched Cricut Design Space for a skeleton.  This one was perfect to print then cut to put on my Large Black Tag-It. But first, I stamped the Boo! from the Happy Halloween Stamp set and heat embossed with white powder.

Then I added my skeleton, the Black Licorice Trendy Page Dot, the sequins from Lemon Tart, and a fun tail with my Black Licorice Trendy Twine.  I used some double sided tape to stick the tag to the top of the 2x8 Zip Bag.

This was so fun to make!  Make sure to stop back for more fun projects!

Trendy Bakers Twine ~ Halloween Treat Envelopes

Good morning!   It's Levi again, as guest designer for the Trendy Twine blog. This time I made some tasty Halloween treats!
I started with 5x5 pieces of paper from DCWV's Spooky Halloween stack. Using the envelope punch board, I punched and scored at 2 inches. Once I folded on the score lines you have to add a glue dot to keep the front flap shut.
To finish them off you wrap the twine around the center. The colors of Trendy Twine I used were Totally PumpkinOrangesicleTotally Black, and Gray Licorice. A snack size Hershey's bar fits perfectly inside. That is how you make a Halloween treat holder.

Here's what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:
