Trendy Twine ~ Apple Core Treat Holder & Treats

Happy Sunday!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here with you today.  It is back to school time here and I always like to give my boys a treat on their first day of school, so this is what I went with this year.
Even though the main focus of this project is the treats, I had to make a sweet apple core treat holder to go with it.  That file from SVG Attic's G is for Gratitude set.  I wrapped Cherry Midnight Trendy Twine around the top and added a Red Tag-It.  I used a sentiment from the brand new Smile stamp set to finish off the holder.
For the treats, I started off with Medium Candy Bags which fit Hershey's Nuggets in perfectly!  I wrapped the candies with patterned cardstock and added the topper.
The toppers use files from SVG Attic's Back to School set.  I finished them off with a bow of Cherry Midnight Trendy Twine.  All the patterned papers in this project are from DCWV's Grade School stack.

Trendy Twine - For You

Good day to all my bloggy friends!
It's Millie from Crafting with Creative M with a super sweet project featuring the Celebration Trendy Twine along with the Medium Candy Bags.

With the Back To School theme in mind I thought of making some yummy treats!
I filled the Medium Candy Bag with 2 cherry flavored Air Heads.
For the treat topper, I fuzzy cut the book image from the DCWV "The Edumacation Stack" and adhered the image onto several die cut circles. I adhered the treat topper to the Medium Candy Bag and stamped the "For You" sentiment on a die cut banner.

Next, I made a pom pom and adhered it to the center of the Celebration bow
and adhered it to the bottom of the treat topper.
Super cute, right?

Trendy Twine - Back to School

Hi there Trendy Fans! This is Shelly from My Paper Love sharing some fun Back to school treats using the 2x8 Zip Bags. I know students will be using plenty of No. 2 pencils, so that's always a great little treat to give a student.

Our schools actually do not allow mechanical pencils or any colorful or patterned pencil so that leaves a pretty basic No. 2 pencil. We go through tons of them, I mean tons (have you heard of pencil wars) yes they still play it :)

I wanted to decorate them with school themed paper. I found a fun pencil stamp and I printed the Back to School sentiment. I tied gorgeous Cranberry Trendy Twine to the top of the pencil toppers and in the middle of the treats.

I love the school lined paper and look at that twine. So pretty! I colored the pencil with copics and added glossy accents.

I found some fun little school themed pencil erasers at the dollar store to add a fun touch to the little treats.

This month the team theme is Back to School, we will have lots of inspiration for you all month!

Trendy Twine- Have a Great Day!!

Hi Everyone!
Kimberly from Kimberly's Crafty Spot.
Today I am sharing a project using the Medium Candy Bags and Totally Red Trendy Twine.
This month the design team is featuring
Back to School treats.

I made a back to school treat using the Medium candy bags and some Totally Red Trendy Twine.
I filled the bag with some Airhead Extreme Sour candy then I made the tag with a cut apart tag element from the DCWV Edumacation stack. I stamped the smiley face from Drinks and More stamp set and heat embossed in clear. The top of the tag is tied with some Totally Red Trendy Twine and adhered to the bag.

Thank you so much for stopping by!

Trendy Twine - Treat Box

Hello! This is Sukie and I have a back to school treat box to today featuring lots of fun products from Annie's Paper Boutique.  I know most crafter think of pre-school and elementary school children when they think of back to school.  Well my daughter is leaving back to college after being home all summer and I thought it would be fun to send her back to school with a treat box more appropriate for her and her roommates. No better way to get back into the college setting than with some yummy treats.  I knew these treats would be a hit.
I recycled a clear box and tucked in a doily as decorative elements.  The mini treat cups were the inspiration for my project so I stacked them and added a shorty candy chute embellished with a bit of ice cream paper.  A bit of shred was added to the treat cups.  The small candy sacks were the perfect size for holding some sundae toppings. A mini wooden scoop was tucked into each candy sack and then sealed off with some washi tape and tied with some Raspberry Cupcake twine.  I also thought it would be perfect to include some wood spoons in the regular and mini size.  I wrapped them with some washi tape and put them into a medium candy bag.  A bit more twine was used to accent the bag.  Some paper straws were tucked into another medium candy bag.
I created a hand cut tag from some ice cream themed paper and added a chevron trendy page dot and more twine.  A paper clip with ribbon was clipped to the tag along with two hand cut flags with sentiments from the Scrappy Moms Ice Cream Social and Countless Occasions (retired) stamp sets. A white metal rim tag was embellished with a bit more twine and a paper flower with a bling center. I hung the tag off the corner of the box and secured it with a clear glue dot.  As a final accent, I wrapped the clear box with some chevron ribbon from May Arts.
Head on over to Annie's Paper Boutique to check out all of the packaging goodies used for my project and the gorgeous twine colors. Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a fabulous day!

I found these cute pencil chompers and added them to a Medium Candy Bag and finished off  with a simple bow tied using the Totally White Trendy Twine

Trendy Twine- Study Card and Snack set

Hi! Raechelle here sharing my first project as the August Guest Designer. I am so excited to have this opportunity. :)
My assigned theme is back to school so for my first project I created a study card and snack set featuring the beautiful Berries Jubilee Trendy Twine

I added the Berries Jubilee Trendy Twine to the edges of the alphabet print patterned paper. There are three strips glued to one side where the tag is also tied with double piece. The other side has two strips glued down.

The candy snacks have been wrapped in patterned paper and then a double length of twine has been wrapped around them. The tag also featured a double strand of the Berries Jubilee Trendy Twine like the card.

Thanks for stopping by! I hope I have inspired you to create a little study snack.
