Trendy Twine - Thanks

Hi There Trendy Twiners!

This is Shelly from My Paper Love! Are you just loving all the nautical inspiration? Today I am showcasing In the Navy Trendy Twine and I have a fun giveaway too :)

I made some fun treat pouches that can be used for just about any occasion.

These little thank you treat pouches are just great to have on hand. But, wouldn't they be so cute to hand out as favors for a Nautical themed party.

I wanted to use Navy and gold together and I just LOVE the combo! I die cut the pouches and then I wrapped each pouch with washi tape and In the Navy Twine. I attached a tag and a gold glittered anchor.

Another fun and easy treat or party favor to make someone feel special :)

Giveaway
This month I will be giving away a mini In the Navy.  Anyone leaving a comment on this post or any of my TT blog posts this month will be entered to win.  Click here for the details.

Trendy Twine - Sending Hugs

Hello!  This is Sukie and I have a project to share featuring some amazing products from Annie's Paper Boutique.  My project started with a couple of Kraft Chevron Treat Bags which were embellished with papers from the DCWV Ocean Breeze stack.
Next, I added a White Tag-Its to each of the treat bags and stamped a sentiment from the Smile stamp set.  A couple of Pink Midnight Trendy Page Dots were adhered to each of the Tag-Its.  The anchor and heart were cut out with a couple of dies from my stash.
I embellished each of the die cut anchors with some In the Navy Trendy Twine.  I clipped the tag to the treat back with a navy clothespin.
All of these wonderful crafty supplies are available over at Annie's Paper Boutique.  Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a fantastic day!

Trendy Twine - Ahoy

Hi Trendy Fans!

Are you loving all the "Nauti" going on this month? I sure am! I'm sort of obsessed with the nautical theme right now since our last vacation. We were fortunate enough to visit Sweden and stayed with friends in the most beautiful little fishing/boating town. So every store had the MOST gorgeous nautical products. So I'm so happy that this is our them this month and we are spotlighting "In the Navy" Trendy Twine.
I wanted to make a card that was universal so I could use it for different occasions although I kind of looks like baby boy colors. I started with die cutting rectangle mats from blue and white striped paper.  I die cut a large anchor to be the focal point.

I just LOVE the huge anchor with the trendy twine tied around. Lastly, I just printed the sentiment on my card stock because I actually couldn't find an "Ahoy" stamp, (I think someone needs to do some stamp shopping) I hope you all have a chance to visit the blog, we have some fun inspiration all month long.

Trendy Twine - Let Your Dreams Set Sail

Hello!  This is Sukie and I have a nautical themed single page layout to share featuring some In the Navy twine.  The papers are from the DCWV Coastal stack.
To create my layout page, I cut out the helm using my Cricut Explore and the Life is a Beach cartridge. I layered a photo mat on top and added some cut outs and sentiments from the same paper stack.  A White Tag-Its was stamped with a sentiment from the Scrappy Moms Anchors Away (retired) stamp set.  Some twine and a Chevron Trendy Page Dot were used as embellishments for the tag.
My layout page was embellished with some paper flowers from my stash, a few die cuts and twine accents.  I added some cork stickers to the flower centers.  The finishing touch was a twine embellishment created with a square knot.
This gorgeous twine is available over at Annie's Paper Boutique along with lots of crafty products. Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great day!

Trendy Twine -- Miss You!

Hello everyone!  I'm Helen from HTB Creations.  Today, I made a card for you using In the Navy Trendy Twine.  I have not used this twine enough and really look forward to playing with it all month long.

I used an anchor cut from my Cricut to start with.  It had a 'rope' cut out on top that I thought would be a perfect place to use my In the Navy Trendy Twine.  I glued down four rows onto the rope cut and used some clear Wink of Stellar on the anchor.

Then I found the perfect paper for this project--the anchor paper was even the right color!! I added a white base with a wavy die cut border so you could definitely see the pattern paper.  It needed something else so I also glued my In the Navy twine to the bottom of the border and added a bow.  To finish it off, I added clear gems for some sparkle.

Write On!

Good Morning Trendy Twiners!!!!
Jessica here from Chick-n-Scrap
and I am so excited to be sharing another project with you all!

The DT have been sharing AMAZING Back to School projects all month long using twine in either Cranberry, Lemon Tart or In the Navy.

For my project, I made a fun Teacher's gift idea.  A french fry box filled with fries~ otherwise known as pencils :)
Isn't this adorable? I used a fry box file I had in my Silhouette studio and cut it out using designer paper from K*i Memories. Next using stamps and dies from My Creative Time, I die cut the chalk board and pencil as well as stamped the sentiment.

Next I added some In the Navy Trendy Twine coming from the pencil hoping to give the look like the pencil is writing. To finish off my project, I filled the fry box with some pencils stuck into some foam so they would stand up straight.
Such a cute and very easy project! I know it would look adorable sitting on a teacher's desk. Don't you think so?

Back to School Layout

Hello, this is Sukie and I have a back to school themed layout to share.  All of the die cuts came from the Locker Talk cartridge.
I popped up the die cuts on foam dots and used some ink for added dimension.  I used three Trendy Twine colors:  In the Navy, Lemon Tart and Cranberry.  These are the perfect colors for those back to school projects.
The finishing touch on my project was a cute little paper clip with all three of the twine colors tied at the top.
Make sure to stop by the store to check out these fun twine colors and lots of other crafty products!  Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Back to School Treat Bags

Hello there, this is Sukie and today I have some fun back to school treat bags to share.  All of the products used to create these fun bags came from Annie's Paper Boutique.  To create my project, I started with the Tiny Kraft Bags and attached some school themed paper to the front of the bag.  I double wrapped some coordinating Cranberry Trendy Twine and tied a small bow.
I used the clear Medium Candy Bags for the pencils.  A set of 5 pencils fit perfectly in each bag.  Next I added the Metal Rim Tags with In the Navy twine.  The "Just For You" seals were added to each of the metal tags.
All of these amazing products are available in the store along with many more, stop by to check it out.  Have a great day!

Guest Designer - Tanya Adams

Hello everyone!  This is Tanya from Nonna's Craft Corner with my last post as this month's Guest Designer.  Before I share my project with you, I would like to thank Lesley Ann and her fabulous Design Team for allowing me to play along with them this month!  I've had a wonderful time - you ladies are awesome ♥

Okay - let me show what I have for you today.  With the 4th of July just around the corner, I wanted to do something with a bit of a patriotic feel to it.  I came across a lovely, dark blue candle at one of my favorite stores. It's a beautiful candle, but it was just crying out for a bit of bling........

After blinging up my candle, I thought I might give this as a gift, so I blinged up a plain white gift bag to match!  So, let me tell you how I put this together:

*I used two colors of twine to wrap around the neck of my candle and make that big, beautiful bow - Cranberry Twine and In The Navy Twine.  Aren't they gorgeous together?
* Using my Silhouette, I cut out a few stars in red and white cardstock.  I covered them in glitter and glued them to the bottom of the twine on my candle.

I love the way my candle turned out...

The gift bag was super easy to complete....

*I punched a few holes around the top of a plain white gift bag and threaded my twine through the holes.  I tied a big pretty bow off to one side of the bag.
*Next, I glued on a few of my glitter stars and a fun sentiment and it's all finished!

I hope you've enjoyed my project today!  Thanks again to all the wonderful Trendy Twine Ladies!  I've enjoyed being your Guest Designer this month!

In case you can't tell I LOVE LOVE LOVE coffee and I just knew
