Trendy Bakers Twine~Alice In Wonderland Card

Hello and happy Wednesday!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here with a "just because" card.  So many times I only make cards for specific occasions, but this time I made one because I loved the whimsical papers.
If you have been on my blog the last couple of days, you know that Annie's Paper Boutique just released the Greetings stamp set and it is a must have!  Check out the beautiful embossing I achieved with VersaMark and white embossing powder on the sentiment from that set.  If you missed the graduation and sympathy cards I posted with the Greetings stamp set earlier, just see my previous 2 blog posts!
Of course, the most fun part of the card was the Echo Park Alice In Wonderland papers!  I also used several dies including diagonal stitched fishtails, fancy label frames, scalloped stitched rectangle, and a tag die.  I glued Twisted Gumball Trendy Twine around the Alice die cut focal point with Bearly Art precision glue and finished it off with a twine bow.  A few Pink Diamonds Sparkling Gems were the perfect accent for a little sparkle.

Here's what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:

I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Trendy Bakers Twine~Happy Tag

Good morning!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with a bright tag, sure to put a little "happy" in someone's day!
I started with a Pink Large Tag-It, added an aqua piece of paper with the word "happy" die cut out of it and glued it to the bottom of the tag.  I also added a thin piece of kraft paper and washi tape to the tag before adding a section of Twisted Gumball Trendy Twine with a bow.  I added iridescent Stickles to the word and placed Pink Diamond Sparkling Gems around it.  At the top of the tag, I added a Aqua Midnight Trendy Page Dot and Twisted Gumball Trendy Twine through the hole in the tag.

Here's what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:

Check out the current sampler of the month!

I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Trendy Twine's 12 Day of Christmas Day 8

On the 8th Day of Christmas, Trendy Twine shared with me...

Hey All!!! - It is Melissa here sharing with you Day 8 of Gift Packaging ideas.
I hope you have been enjoying all the ideas for the Christmas Season as much as we have been enjoying sharing them with you.
It drives my husband batty, but I have this need to really dress up my holiday packages and stocking stuffers. That means big bows, lots of ribbon and twine, and of course cute tags. Yes, I admit, that I may go a bit overboard in my hubby's opinion; but until he helps with the wrapping, I guess I get to do it any way I want to, right!!!!

Today I have a stocking stuffer to share with you that has a tag attached and then I will also show you the same tag made with different colors. I used Holly Berry and Twisted Gumball Trendy Twine. I have also used the 8" Skinny Candy Chutes.

The tag is from the Silhouette Store and is 4" in height and was made using a MME's Merry Christmas paper pad. The cut file that I attached to it with pop dots is from Little Scraps of Heaven and the stamped sentiment is from My Craft Spot. I added ribbon with a bit of Holly Berry Trendy Twine and a jingle bell as well.

Here is a close up of the tag.

To attach the tag, I wrapped some more Holly Berry Trendy Twine around the candy chute and then attached it to the ribbon on the back of the tag.

This next tag is for my princess, so it had to be made up in pinks. And since Twisted Gumball is one of my favorite twine colors, I accented my pink tag with blue.

If you have not been following our 12 Days of Christmas, I invite you to go back and look over the last 7 days of ideas. And remember there are four more days to go.

Thank you for dropping by today! You can head over to the Twine It Up FB Group to share all your Trendy Twine ideas with us as well.

Blessings,

Easter Treats

Happy Friday!  This is Sukie and I have some fun treats to share today.  My daughter and husband both love chocolate covered raisins so I thought these would be the perfect Easter treats for them.
The cute little candy sacks and tags are both from Annie's Paper Boutique.  Lesley has so many different types of treat packaging in her store.  These flat bottom sacks were the perfect size to fill with the chocolate covered raisins.
The tags are just adorable, there are different Easter tags available here.  Since the tags are printable, it makes it easy to create a project.  I used the 2 inch EK Success scalloped circle punch for my tag and the 2 1/4 inch EK Success scalloped circle punch for the solid layer under my tag.
My yummy treats were finished off with Twisted Gumball Trendy Twine.  Don't forget to come link up your project for this month's challenge.
