Tag Tuesday~Happy Day Tag Cards

Good morning! Beth from Beth's Beauties here, back with another Tag Tuesday project. This time, it is a little different. I created cards that have a focal point of a tag instead of just decorating a tag. I love the extra visual interest a tag adds to cards!
The four cards are created in the same manner, but have different tag/twine combinations. The card layout was inspired by the December 2019 SheetLoad of Cards sketch. All cards have papers from DCWV's Get It Girl stack. The first two cards used Lemon Tag-ItsKraft Brown Trendy Page Dots, and Krazy for Kraft Trendy Twine. The sentiment from Pink and Main's Birthday Wishes stamp set was stamped on all the tags with VersaFine Clair Morning Mist ink.
This second style of tag was created with a White Tag-ItLemon Midnight Trendy Page Dot, and Totally Lemon Trendy Twine
The final style of tag was created with a Kraft Tag-ItLemon Midnight Trendy Page Dot, and Stormy Trendy Twine. Adhesives used include ATG, Scotch foam tape, and Bearly Art precision glue. The cards were embellished with Sunny Yellow Pearl Pen dots and thin gold nail art tape.

Here's what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:

Trendy Bakers Twine~Spring Thanks Card

Good morning!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with this spring themed card.  It features our Trendy Twine twists of the month, Chocolate Cupcake, and Chocolate Sprinkles.
I started with a kraft card base and added Jillibean Soup patterned papers with Chocolate Cupcake Trendy Twine and Chocolate Sprinkles Trendy Twine wrapped around.  I then proceeded to add a GMD eyelet elegance square die cut at an angle, with the excess trimmed off.  The Kraft Tag-It and flower die cuts were all distressed with Memento Desert Sand ink.  The tag was finished off with a Spiced Pumpkin Trendy Page Dot and Chocolate Cupcake and Chocolate Sprinkles Trendy Twines, then popped up with foam tape to the card.  The sentiment was stamped from the Greetings stamp set using SB.com Dark Chocolate ink.  Cotton Candy sequins added a finishing touch to the whole card.

Trendy Bakers Twine~SheetLoad of Teacher Appreciation Cards

Hello all!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here with a bonus post!  In addition to my normal posts, this month I am also sharing cards that don't use the featured monthly color of Trendy Twine, but use other Annie's Paper Boutique products.  For this post, I made a SheetLoad of teacher appreciation cards.  Of course, teachers deserve thanks year round, but last week was the official teacher appreciation week and I hope these put a smile on my kids' teachers' faces!
These cards were pretty quick to put together since I used the May 2021 SheetLoad of Cards template from Call Me Crafty Al.  The patterned papers were from Doodlebug Design School Days 6x6 pad.
The Kraft and Leaf Green Tag-Its from Annie's Paper Boutique made the tag portion of the card sketch easy peasy, plus they worked great for the sentiment.  Believe it or not, the sentiment came from the APB Happy Thanksgiving stamp set and was stamped in black.  I added Christmas Mint Trendy Page Dots and Cherry Limeade Trendy Twine to the top of the tags.  To finish off the cards, I added sequins from the Christmas Shaker Medley with Bearly Art precision glue.

Here's what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:

I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Trendy Bakers Twine~Fall Treat Tin

Hello all!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with another cute fall treat!  My family isn't getting together for Thanksgiving this year, so I wanted to spread a little holiday cheer by giving out treats.  Of course, our monthly spotlight of  Totally Pumpkin Trendy Twine was the perfect accent on it!

I started with a Candy Tin and filled it with cute fall Hershey's Kisses.  I created a belly band with DCWV Fall Gathering paper and wrapped Totally Pumpkin Trendy Twine around it three times.  I then created the focal point by adding a Kraft Tag-ItRound Scarecrow Vintage Inspired Tag matted with a GMD Doily die cut, Lemon Midnight Trendy Page DotTwisted Teal Trendy Twine, and more Totally Pumpkin Trendy Twine.  I also added a stamped sentiment to the tag-it from the Hello Fall Planner Stamp set.  I think it turned out adorable!  Look at that cute scarecrow!

I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Trendy Bakers Twine --Fall Greetings

Hello!  I'm Helen from HTB Creations and today I'm sharing a fall treat with you using Twisted Teal Trendy Twine, Hello Fall Stamp Set, Large Candy Bags, Kraft Tag-Its and Krazy for Kraft Trendy Page Dots.

I don't know about you, but I'm so ready for fall and the cooler temps!  So it was easy to focus on a fall treat to share today.  I bought some Fall Hershey's Miniatures and loaded them into the Large Candy Bags.  You can fit 8 in there easily. Then I decided to make a wrap for it like you could for a candy bar with some fall paper.

Next, I pulled out my Kraft Tag-Its and stamped the Fall and Greetings sentiments from Hello Fall Stamp Set onto it.  I added my Krazy for Kraft Trendy Page Dots then my Twisted Teal Trendy Twine tag topper.  Lastly, I finished it off with some fall leaves I cut out with my Cricut.

I hope you keep checking back this month as we have just started with the fun projects!

Trendy Bakers Twine - Have a Wonderful Day!

Hi Trendy Fans!

This is Shelly from My Paper Love sharing a tag using the monthly spotlight product, Lemon Peppermint Trendy Twine. I love to make tags and I can honestly say I use them more than cards. They are just so easy to attach to a gift bag, still homemade, but a little less time to make.

I started the tag by using Kraft Large Tag-its and some pattern paper. I used a die cut label for the sentiment which is from the Smile Stamp set.

I simply put it all together and topped it off with  Lemon Peppermint Trendy Twine.

Just another example of how cute you can make your project using some TRENDY TWINE! I hope it inspires you to get creative with paper!

Trendy Bakers Twine ~ Chevron Christmas Treats

Hello and welcome to December with Trendy Twine!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here today.  Our featured twine for the month is Christmas Mint Trendy Twine which is a darling twist of lime green, bright red, and white.  Here is what I created for today's post.
I started with Light Green Chevron and Red Chevron Treat Bags and added an embossed sentiment from the APB Merry and Bright stamp set.  To emboss on the bag, make sure to use an embossing buddy, then I used VersaFine Onyx Black ink and Zing glitter black embossing powder and used a preheated heat gun.  It worked perfectly!
Once the bags were filled with treats, I added simple treat toppers from patterned paper.  The tags were fun to create!  I used the following APB products for them:  Kraft Tag-It, Christmas Mint Trendy Page Dot, Christmas Shaker Medley, and the sentiment from the APB Merry and Bright stamp set.  I also wound Christmas Mint Trendy Twine around the topper, threaded it through the tag and tied it in a bow.  I also cut a length of Christmas Mint Trendy Twine and saturated it with laundry starch and wrapped it around a pen barrel.  Once dry, it made and adorable curlicue to add to the tag as well!  Now these are ready to give as stocking stuffers.

Here's what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:

Hi Trendy Fans!

This is Shelly with My Paper Love with a very quick and easy project to share using the spotlight twine this month Lemon Midnight. This is a really fun color! Do you have a bunch of washi tape? Oh my goodness... I DO! I think I bought a bunch on sale and it seems to have multiplied. So for today's project I paired some washiest tape with Trendy Twine :)

I started with a Kraft Large Tag-Its and layered the washi tape on the bottom.

I added a sentiment from the Choose Happy Stamp Set, a Lemon Midnight Trendy Page Dot and tied it with  Lemon Midnight Trendy Twine. Such a quick but cute tag for a gift bag!

I hope this adds a little inspiration to your Craft day!
