Trendy Bakers Twine~Guest Designer Thanksgiving Card

Hello all! Happy Thanksgiving! Beth from Beth's Beauties here. I have a special guest who helped create today's project...my 4 year old daughter!  She absolutely LOVES all of the Annie's Paper Boutique image stamps and wanted to make a card for her Grandma using the Hello Fall Planner Stamps.  Of course I obliged!

The stamps from Hello Fall set were stamped with VersaFine Clair inks in Charming Pink, Warm Breeze, Twilight, and Green Oasis.  The stamped panel was then wrapped with Twisted Teal and Raspberry Cupcake Trendy Twines.  She wanted curly twine as well, so I saturated some with spray starch, wrapped them around a pen, and let them air dry.  Once dry, I tied them around the straight pieces of Trendy Twine.

The patterned paper is from LilyBee Designs Victoria Park 6x6 paper pad.  Navy blue cardstock worked well to mat layers with.  The finishing touch was bling, of course!  Pink Diamonds Sparkling Gems are easily adhered with Bearly Art Precision Tip glue.  That completed our simple card!

Trendy Bakers Twine~Collection of Halloween Cards

Good morning!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with this collection of Halloween cards.  Every year I send out Halloween cards to my family, so I go through a lot.  These were pretty simple, making them easy to mass produce!

I started with pre-made 5x7" black card bases and an old DCWV Fall & Halloween stack that had the decorative end cut on the patterned papers already.  I wrapped several colors of Trendy Twine around the patterned paper bases, including: Grape Licorice Trendy Twine, Orange Licorice Trendy Twine, Lime Licorice Trendy Twine, and Twisted Teal Trendy Twine.  The focal point cut aparts were from a different DCWV Halloween stack, but they worked well together.  I popped those up with foam tape.

The only card that didn't already have a sentiment on it was the owl card.  I added a stamped sentiment to it using APB Happy Halloween stamp set and black ink.

Here is a close up of my favorite one.  I love all that is going on on that background!  I kept them simple, not adding other embellishments besides the Trendy Twines, but you could easily add APB Halloween sequins to dress them up even more.

Trendy Bakers Twine - Hello Fall

Hello Trendy Fans!

Is it starting to feel like Fall near you? I wish we had more of a season change, it's still pretty warm here. The Trendy team has shared some beautiful Fall projects this month using the spotlight color Twisted Teal Trendy Twine. This is Shelly and today I'm sharing a fun little gift box.

This is a cute little slider box that I used to hold a little gift. 

I used some gorgeous apple paper that I thought looked so great with this Twisted Teal Trendy Twine. I added a little tag and include a sentiment from Hello Fall Planner Stamps.

The box slides out and you can add your little gift, in this case I added a little bracelet. Once I tucked the little gift inside, I wrapped it up with Twisted Teal Trendy Twine.

Trendy Bakers Twine -- Autumn Blessings

Hello all! I'm Helen from HTB Creations sharing a fun fall card with you today. I used the fabulous Twisted Trendy Twine on my project today.

I used a fun autumn stamp set from My Favorite Things and colored the pumpkins orange and teal for my fall colors.  Next, I stamped the sentiment on the oval die cut and glued down my Twisted Teal Trendy Twine around it and added the bow. 

Then I used foam tape to adhere the oval and the pumpkins on the oval.  Lastly, I finished it off with some fall enamel dots to match my colors.

Hello Trendy Fans!

Are you ready for some Fall fun? I think so many of us love Fall and personally I can't wait to wear sweaters and drink warm beverages! The Trendy team is sharing some Fall beauties this month using the spotlight color Twisted Teal Trendy Twine. This is Shelly and I created a card that has me wanting the cool weather to come settle in.

I found some gorgeous Fall inspired paper and added a cute cup of warm coffee :) But what makes this card pop, is that twine. I must say if there is one color you purchase for Fall, select this color. It's gorgeous!! I also added a sentiment from Hello Fall Planner Stamps. These stamps are wonderful for smaller die cuts. They fit so well.

Trendy Bakers Twine~Teal Fall Tag

Happy Thursday!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here with this sweet fall tag.  In Nebraska, we have been getting real fall temperatures this week and it makes me want to create ALL the fall things!  I especially love using teal in fall projects, so the monthly spotlight of Twisted Teal Trendy Twine is absolutely perfect to accent with.

I started with a Kraft Large Tag-It and glued teal printed cork paper from DCWV's Fall & Halloween cork stack on it. On the back of the tag, I drew where I wanted the holes for the Trendy Twine to go through, then punched them with a tiny hole punch.  I then threaded the Twisted Teal Trendy Twine through the holes, weaving them in the process.  I used a Happy Fall Pumpkins Print & Punch Tags layered with a brown die cut GMD Doily die as the focal point.  It is popped up with foam tape.  I glued Autumn Sequins on the tag as well.  For the top, I first added a Spiced Pumpkin Trendy Page Dot, then placed two strands of Twisted Teal Trendy Twine through the tag hole, and finally tied around the teal twine with a bow of Totally Pumpkin Trendy Twine.

Trendy Bakers Twine --Fall Greetings

 Hello!  I'm Helen from HTB Creations and today I'm sharing a fall treat with you using Twisted Teal Trendy Twine, Hello Fall Stamp Set, Large Candy Bags, Kraft Tag-Its and Krazy for Kraft Trendy Page Dots.

I don't know about you, but I'm so ready for fall and the cooler temps!  So it was easy to focus on a fall treat to share today.  I bought some Fall Hershey's Miniatures and loaded them into the Large Candy Bags.  You can fit 8 in there easily. Then I decided to make a wrap for it like you could for a candy bar with some fall paper.

Next, I pulled out my Kraft Tag-Its and stamped the Fall and Greetings sentiments from Hello Fall Stamp Set onto it.  I added my Krazy for Kraft Trendy Page Dots then my Twisted Teal Trendy Twine tag topper.  Lastly, I finished it off with some fall leaves I cut out with my Cricut.

September Product Spotlight - Twisted Teal Trendy Twine

 Happy September, Trendy friends!

We are spotlighting our gorgeous Twisted Teal Trendy Twine this month. It's a beautiful mix of light and dark teal; and it would look stunning on your Fall projects and crafting. This color has been unavailable for a while, so we are excited to have it back in stock. 

Trendy Twine is 100% cotton and is a tad over 1/16" thick (so a little under 2 mm).  You can use our wonderful twine to embellish cards and scrapbook pages, decorate a package, top off a tag, or dress up a sweet treat.
