Trendy Bakers Twine~Fall Treat Tin

Hello all!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with another cute fall treat!  My family isn't getting together for Thanksgiving this year, so I wanted to spread a little holiday cheer by giving out treats.  Of course, our monthly spotlight of  Totally Pumpkin Trendy Twine was the perfect accent on it!

I started with a Candy Tin and filled it with cute fall Hershey's Kisses.  I created a belly band with DCWV Fall Gathering paper and wrapped Totally Pumpkin Trendy Twine around it three times.  I then created the focal point by adding a Kraft Tag-ItRound Scarecrow Vintage Inspired Tag matted with a GMD Doily die cut, Lemon Midnight Trendy Page DotTwisted Teal Trendy Twine, and more Totally Pumpkin Trendy Twine.  I also added a stamped sentiment to the tag-it from the Hello Fall Planner Stamp set.  I think it turned out adorable!  Look at that cute scarecrow!

I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Trendy Bakers Twine ~ Halloween Candy Tin

Good morning!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here today. This month we are featuring Black Licorice Trendy Twine as well as Candy Tins.  This is what I created for today!
I added candy to the Candy Tin...the most important part, right?!  It held 2 snack size Reese's and 2 snack size Hershey's bars (stacked on top of each other).  I used patterned paper to wrap around the tin as a belly band, then added the tag.  For the tag, I used a Kraft Large Tag-It, Black Licorice Trendy Page DotBlack Licorice Trendy Twine, a stamped sentiment from APB Happy Halloween stamp set, washi tape, and Lime Licorice Batty Sequins.  I created a spiderweb in the corner of the Kraft Large Tag-It by punching small holes , then using a large needle to thread the Black Licorice Trendy Twine through them.

Trendy Twine - Ghost Candy...

Hello and Happy Monday Crafty Friends!
Theresa here from Theresa's Crafty Creations
back as Guest Designer for Trendy Twine!

This month they are featuring Black Licorice Trendy Twine

So PERFECT for HALLOWEEN!!

I decided to decorate a Fun Tin!

I wanted to make a FUN WHIMSICAL Treat for a fellow Co-Worker -

So I started with die cutting out a Ghost!
Then I added adhesive to the front of my ghost cardstock and
attached the Black Licorice Twine - I trimmed off around the
bottom to give it that wavy look - once it was
done it seemed plain so I decided to make it a Female ghost!

So I grabbed some of my Totally Pumpkin Trendy Twine
and cut some small strips to make the Hair & a mouth - I attached
everything with some Multi-Matte Medium Glue - Then I
grabbed a piece of Totally White Trendy Twine and proceeded
to make her a bow for her hair! The Ghost die I have
has eyes so I glued them on her and then I die cut another
tiny white circle to give her a nose -

I wanted my ghost on a tag, so I die cut a tag out and added
some Halloween Washi tape to it - then I die cut out the
wonky shape where I added a Fun Sentiment -

Since my tag was ready, I was ready to add some
candy to my tin - I cut 12 strips of 1" x 3" Halloween Paper
and wrapped my Hershey Nuggets around them - I
glued them down with the Multi-Matte Glue, after they
dried I added them inside my tin and then added a
couple more strips of Halloween paper to wrap
around my Tin - I added a little more Black Licorice Twine
and made a bow through the tag - and it's ready to give out
to my favorite co-work!

The Sentiment Stamp & Metal Tin is from

Trendy Bakers Twine--Cute Witch!

Hello everyone!  I'm Helen from HTB Creations. Can you believe it's October?!  Here in Georgia though, we still have 90 plus degree temperatures. I am so ready for fall temps!  Today, I have a cute Halloween Treat to share with you using Black Licorice Trendy Twine, a Candy Tin, Black Licorice Trendy Page Dots, and the Cute Witch Printables.

I used some Hershey Nuggets to fill my Candy Tin. They fit pretty well in a single layer.  Then I doubled up my Black Licorice Trendy Twine and wrapped it both ways around the tin like you would do on a present.

The Cute Witch Printables come in a sheet of 11 tags. I printed out a page on cardstock and then used my paper cutter to cut one out.  Then I rounded the corners, punched a hole, and added a Black Licorice Trendy Page Dot.

To finish it off, I just added the tag to the Black Licorice Trendy Twine and tied a pretty bow.  This was a quick and easy treat to make. I did add some Clear Wink of Stella to the stars and some parts on the witches outfit.

Have a great day!!

Trendy Twine -- Hello Summer Treats

Hi everyone!  I'm Helen from HTB Creations.  This month, the Trendy Gals are featuring the fabulous Stars & Stripes Trendy Twine.  I really love this twine and have used a lot from my spool, but there is still a lot left!

I am loving all the red, white and blue candies in the store.  Kit Kats are popular in my house so I had picked up a bag of them. Then I realized how great they would be in the Candy Tin for our 4th of July family get together.

The band around the tin is cut at 2 inches wide and I just wrapped it around the tin and taped it closed. Next, I wrapped my Stars & Stripes Twine around the band and knotted it at the top for my tag.  I also used a Trendy Page Dot as a reinforcement for my tag.

For the tag, I used a polka dot background stamp in red, and then stamped my hello summer right on top of that. Then I did use some clear Wink of Stella on the dots which I think you can kind of see in the picture above.  I also wanted to use the treat stamp which comes from the Foodies Planner Stamps.  I die cut a small tag to stamp treat on and added it to the top of my tag.  I finished it off with some die cut stars and a pretty bow.

Keep checking back for more fun projects all month long!   Have a great day :)

Hello Trendy Fans!

This is Shelly over at My Paper Love sharing a super fun wedding favor showcasing Totally Black Trendy Twine Need Coffee Planner Stamps. Summer is upon us and that means lots of weddings. So I thought I would share a fun wedding favor idea for the coffee loving couple.
I started with a fun tin from Annie Boutique  and filled it with flavored coffee beans. Oh my gosh, my room smelled delicious!

Next I just very simply printed a sentiment and stamped a cute cup of coffee using the Need Coffee Planner Stamps, I cut out the sentiment and embellished the corners with a bit of  Totally Black Trendy Twine.

Lastly, I made a band from kraft card stock and tied it with more Totally Black Trendy Twine. A very simple but still cute favor to give your guests!

Totally Black Trendy Twine is on sale the month of June, be sure to pop over and grab some.

Trendy Twine: A Joyful Gift!

Good day to all my bloggy friends!
It's Millie, from Crafting with Creative M, sharing a Joyous Gift that I made for one of my neighbors, featuring Candy Cane Trendy Twine, a Round Treat Tin along with Trendy Page Dots.

For my Joyous Gift, I used the pretty "Evergreen Stack" from DCWV to decorate my tin as well as my tags. It has been my go to holiday pattern paper this year.

I used the "Joy" caption which I found on the DS.
I placed red rhinestones to the center of each snowflakes and sprinkled them all around my treat tinI made a gorgeous double bow with the mistletoe crinkle ribbon from 3GJ & the Candy Cane Twine.

I wrapped Candy Cane Trendy Twine around my Treat Tin and made a pretty bow as well.

For my tags, I used the snowflake die cut from Winter Woodland.
I adjusted the size so that the tags would fit perfectly inside of my treat tin.
With the "write" feature I wrote "Merry Christmas" on each banner.
This feature is becoming one of my favorite tool on the DS.
I placed a Red & White Polka Dot-Trendy Page Dots and the I used the Crop-a-dile tool to place an eyelet on each tag.
Then to finish off my tags I added some Candy Cane Trendy Twine

Here is a look at the fun products I used to complete my project:

Trendy Twine - Believe

Hi there Trendy Fans!

This is Shelly from My Paper Love sharing a great little Holiday gift using our showcase products "Candy Tin & Holly Berry Trendy Twine"

I decorated my little candy/gift tin in a little elf jacket :) I used a green polka dot thick card stock paper as a band to hold the tin although they do snap shut. I just planned on filling it up! :)

I made some trendy twine buttons :) using Holly Berry Trendy Twine. I used some dies to make the white fur, black belt and gold buckle. I just think the recipient will get a kick out of this little gift. I filled the tin with the yummiest mint chocolate candies covered in lots of candy sprinkles. I think I was able to get 40 little candies in this tin!

Lastly, I added a die cut sentiment and my gift is complete.

Stop by the Boutique and grab these goodies to make your own treats!

Trendy Twine Holiday Gift Tin

Hey there!

It's Tammy from Creating Somewhere Under The Sun, and I am sharing a project using the Candy Tin, but not using it for candy. :) This month is all about gift giving!

I took some pictures to show you how I started out. I added some adhesive to a gift card and stuck it in the bottom of the tin to hold the gift card in place.
Next I added a festive bar of handmade soap on top.
If you are not a crafty person or limited on supplies this alone makes an adorable way to give a gift card and gift as you see below, but it's always fun to dress up further of course. :)

I trimmed it out with Candy Cane Trendy Twine adding a triple bow to the corner embellished with a red gem to the center.
