Mobile Card with Trendy Twine

Hi Everyone!!! Candi with you again to share another fun project featuring one of my favorites, Chocolate Sprinkles! I just love this color combination, it can work for everything from sweet baby boy projects to modern decor as you saw yesterday with the fabulous vase created by Jessi.

I think you need to go buy a spool now since it is on sale, but if you'd like to try winning some first you still have plenty of time go enter this months Trendy Twine Challenge.

Are you ready for my project?

I created a 3d mobile card. I've used the yummy Chocolate Sprinkles twine to hang my little cuts, to embellish them, and to outline the windows of my card. It makes the perfect card to welcome a new baby, and looks adorable displayed in a nursery as well. I have lots of lots of photos and details on my blog if you'd like to come take a look: Chaos-n-Crafts

Don't forget we're only days away from a blog hop where Trendy Twine has joined up with My Thoughts Exactly to bring you a great surprise! Join us on Saturday to hop along!

Put the Lime in the Coconut...

"Put the lime in the coconut and shake it all up, put the lime in the coconut and shake it all up..."
Oh sorry, I've had that song stuck in my head for a week now! Candi with you again from Chaos-n-Crafts to share another fun project featuring Krazy for Kraft Trendy Twine (and a few others). We're having a whole month of beach themed yumminess this month so I had to make another tropical project, this time a cute little gift box to go with the hula card I made earlier in the month.

I actually used 4 different colors of Trendy Twine on my project. My tree is wrapped with Krazy for Kraft (which is on sale this month), my banner is hanging on Twisted Lime, my coconuts are made from chocolate truffle which is also wrapped around the lid, and lastly I have 2 rows of Blue Berry on my box base.

Before you come on over to my blog to see more photos and details on my project, have you entered our challenge yet? Be sure to link up your project HERE!

As always, thank you for looking & have a wonderful day!

Guest Designer - Candi

Hi Everyone!!! Candi here from chaos-n-crafts.blogspot.com again with my second guest designer post for June. As a reminder this month is featuring Blue Berry trendy twine, and you still have a couple of days to enter the challenge Trendy Twine June Challenge.

My project for today consists of a gift for my 8yr old daughter, a dream journal for recording her dreams, a twine wrapped pen (which I feel every lover of twine needs), and a bookmark for her before bed book reading.

I used the Blue Berry trendy twine and 2 buttons to form a sort of clasp for the journal, the papers inside are also attached with twine. I found pens at Target which I could take apart and wrap the barrel with twine before reassembling, and lastly I made a tassel for the bookmark. If you'd like details on this project please visit me on my blog

I hope you've enjoyed my projects this month and aren't sick of me yet, since you're stuck with me for the next 6 months <wink> I'll be back next week as part of the new design team!
