Trendy Bakers Twine - Thanks

Happy New Year's Eve!

This is Shelly with My Paper Love sharing one last project before we close 2021.

I finally had some time to make some projects other than holiday themed and I found this gorgeous pattern paper that goes so perfectly with our spotlight color Twisted Lime. 

I made one of many thank you notes I'll be needing. I still love to send a handwritten thank you. My card is a very simple little note card, but with this bold pattern it makes a big statement. 

Do you have the APB Kraft Scallop Note Cards? These are honestly the best note cards I've used. They have the perfect weight to them and paired with the Kraft Small Envelope they are they BEST set I own.

I added a thanks die and tied the note with Twisted Lime. So simple, and you can easily make a bunch of these quickly.

Trendy Bakers Twine~Non-traditonal Christmas Card

Good morning!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with this Christmas card that features non-traditional colors.  This is the first time I have ever paired these colors together for a Christmas card, but I am happy with how it turned out.  It features our twist of the month, Twisted Lime Trendy Twine.

The focal point of the card was created by stamping the image and sentiment from APB Merry Christmas stamp set with VersaMark and heat embossing it with white powder.  I die cut around it with a Pink Fresh fancy label frame and wrapped Twisted Lime Trendy Twine around it, popped it up with foam tape and added a bow of Twisted Lime Trendy Twine beside it.  The polkadot paper is BoBunny Candy Cane Lane and was die cut with a CC stitched rounded rectangle die.  For a subtle sparkle, I glued Twisted Lime Sequins to the front as well.

I even decorated the inside of the card, which I don't normally do, but I had a little left over patterned paper to use up.  That was die cut into a banner and I adhered a trio of Twisted Lime Sequins below it.  The sentiment was from the APB Merry Christmas stamp set and was stamped with Scrapbook.com Midnight Blue ink.

Trendy Bakers Twine - Ho Ho Ho Ornament

 Hi Trendy Fans!

Can you believe there's only 9 days until Christmas? WOW, are you ready? This is Shelly with My Paper Love sharing a shiny and bright holiday project. 

We are spotlighting the gorgeous Twisted Lime sequins this month. They pair up nicely with our spotlight color Twisted Lime and I wanted to use them and show off that sparkle and shine.

I created a fun little ornament that actually can be used as a tag too! Starting with a circle die cut I used acetate paper and cut two circles. I laid one flat and sprinkled some Twisted Lime sequins being careful not to over fill the circle. Next, I lined the rim with clear glue and placed the other circle on top. To seal them I placed them between my two plastic cutting mats and rolled them using my die cutting machine. This gave them a great seal! I found a rectangle to use for the top of the ornament and cut it using glittery silver paper.

Lastly I added a cute tag using a sentiment from Hello Santa Stamp Set and topped it with  Twisted Lime Trendy Twine.

Trendy Bakers Twine~Christmas Treats

Good morning! Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with sweet Christmas treats that are perfect for stocking stuffers, classroom treats or favors at family gatherings.  They feature our twist of the month, Twisted Lime Trendy Twine.

I started with Mini Candy Cubes and filled them with Sugar Cookie Hershey's Kisses.  These boxes may seem on the small side at 1.5"x1.5", but they fit 6 Kisses inside which is plenty for a sweet treat.  I wrapped Twisted Lime Trendy Twine around the box like it was a gift and tied it in a bow on the front.  For the sentiment, I stamped saying from the APB Merry & Bright stamp set in SB.com Cardinal Red ink and added them to the top of the boxes. The addition of Twisted Lime Sequins around the bow and by the sentiment dressed up the box a bit, but still allows you to see the cute candy inside.  I used mini glue dots to adhere everything to the clear boxes.

December Product Spotlight - Twisted Lime Trendy Twine and Twisted Lime Sequins

 Happy December!

Can you believe Christmas is right around the corner? It's a super busy time of the year, but a really fun one on the Trendy Twine blog. Beth and Shelly have created some delightful holiday projects to get you in the Christmas spirit.

Our Trendy Twine color of the month is Twisted Lime; it's a festive mix of soft pistachio and shamrock green. We decided to go back to the basics and show how wonderful this color is for your holiday crafting and packaging. 

We will also be spotlighting our gorgeous Twisted Lime sequins this month. They pair up nicely with our spotlight color and will add a little sparkle and shine to your holiday projects.

You can also find Twisted Lime in our super cute Going Green Sampler along with Limeade, Totally Limeade, and Holly. Our Samplers are fabulous little sets of Trendy Twine; and they are a great way to add to your craft stash. Each color is ten yards in length and comes hand wound on a wooden clothespin for easy use and storage.
