Thank You Card after the Holidays

Hey There!

It's Tammy, and I hope you had a wonderful holiday!!  With all the presents opened, it's time to show appreciation for those presents that were carefully picked out during this wonderful time of year. I'm using Holly Berry Trendy Twine in my Thank You card today as well as a Holly leaf and die to keep the Holiday Spirit alive just a little longer. It's the perfect way to get more mileage out of your seasonal products.
I started with a Forest Green card base onto which I adhered my white cardstock after rounding the corners.  Next I took a red and the red and green diagonal stripe paper and added a scallop border to the bottom and layered them to the bottom of my card front. Taking a thin red satin ribbon from my stash, I added it to the top of the papers to create a finished border. Next I wrapped the Holly Berry Trendy Twine several times around the card front.  A fussy seam binding bow was created and embellished with a button and double Holly Berry Trendy Twine bow.
The Thank You sentiment was stamped in green ink to the right of the bow adding the die-cut Holly Leaves just above. To add a little glitz, I added some Sickles to the leaves.  Lastly, a few enamel dots were added to the upper left corner.

Thank you for dropping by today! As always, you can find the fabulous products in the store - HERE!

Christmas Luminary

Good morning Trendy Twiners!  Beth from Beth's Beauties with a beautiful project that you could give as a gift or keep as a centerpiece throughout the Christmas season.
This luminary was created from the English Cottage kit at SVG Attic.  I used Holly Berry and Cranberry Trendy Twines on it.
Instead of using a paper bow on the wreath, I used twine!
The front view gives you an idea of how pretty it looks with the word "NOEL" spelled out in word art.
Here is a closeup of the "O" ornament to which I added the twine bow and stickles.
Last, but not least, here is what it looks like all lit up!  I used two electric LED candles in it.

Here are the links to the products I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:

Trendy Twine 12 Days Of Christmas Day 6

Hello everyone! This is Beth from Beth's Beauties with Day 6 of our Trendy Twine 12 Days of Christmas.  I hope you have enjoyed the past few days of projects! I know I have, and we are only halfway through!

For my project today, I created Snowman Soup featuring Holly Berry Trendy Twine and Biggie Candy Bags.   Who doesn't love a cup of hot chocolate on a snowy day?  These packages are super sweet for stocking stuffers and quick to make as well.  I wrapped the  Holly Berry Trendy Twine around the base of the topper and also used it for the snowman's scarf and the tiny bow on the button.
Here is a close up of the saying I typed up.  There are several versions of the Snowman Soup saying, but this is the one I liked the best!

Here is a list of the products I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:

Treat Bags For Any Occasion

Hi, it's Izzy Anderson from Write, Snap, Scrap here on the Trendy Twine blog today with some owl treat bags. These are one of my favorite things to make. They're easy, don’t require fancy tools and are always a hit with recipients.  I used these as holiday gifts for teachers and staff, but the sentiment can be changed to fit any occasion. You can find the treat bag tutorial on my blog.

To make the owl's eyes, I punched two large circles from cardstock, covered them with adhesive, then added twine and googly eyes.  I used Trendy Twine in Holly (green) and Holly Berry (green/red mix).

You have just a few more days to join our monthly challenge. It's easy to play and there's a great prize up for grabs! You can find all the details on this post.

Merry Christmas Layout

For my project, I have a double page 12x12 layout to share.  The train, some of the gifts, the tag and the photo mat gifts were all accented with Candy Cane Trendy Twine.  The candy cane banner, some of the gifts and the button were embellished with Holly Berry both of which are on sale this month.
The train was joined together with some Black Licorice. Berry Red was also used on the presents. These colors were all perfect for this Christmas layout.
There are more details about my project on my blog.  Don't forget our tag challenge going on this month.  Happy Monday!  Sukie
