Trendy Bakers Twine~Easter Ducks Tag

Hello all! Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with a sweet Easter tag. I absolutely fell in love with the Easter Basket Ducks Retro Tag and knew I wanted that as my focal point. This tag would be great on an Easter basket or treat!

I started with a Pink Chunky Tag-It, then adhered a 3" Paper Doily offset to the tag. I then popped the Easter Basket Ducks Retro Tag up with foam tape at an angle on the front. At the top of the tag, I used Turquoise Chevron Ribbon and tied a bow of Bubblegum Taffy Trendy Twine around it. The sentiment was from the APB Greetings Stamp set and was stamped in gray VersaFine Clair ink. As a final touch, I glued Cotton Candy Sequins to the tag.

Trendy Bakers Twine~He Is Risen Card

Hello all! Beth from Beth's Beauties here today. We have been getting some sunny days lately, and this card captures some of that cheerfulness. The featured Trendy Twine of the month on this card is Bubblegum Taffy.

To begin with, I adhered patterned papers from Echo Park's Have Faith collection onto a kraft cardstock mat. I then used a small hole punch to add 2 holes in each corner to weave Bubblegum Taffy Trendy Twine through. I thought it created a fun border and great visual interest. For the focal point, I used an oval die with white cardstock and a scalloped oval die with vellum to create the background. I then die cut the Cottage Cutz He Is Risen die cross and words with navy blue cardstock and glued them to the vellum with Bearly Art glue. The top layer of the cross was cut from white glitter cardstock and also glued ontp the cross base. I used foam tape to pop up the oval onto the card front. For extra shimmer, I ran around the outer edge of the scalloped circle with Clear Glitter Wink of Stella, then added Cotton Candy Sequins in the four corners of the card with Glue Dots glue squares.

March Product Spotlight - Bubblegum Taffy Trendy Twine

 A big hello and happy March, Trendy friends!

This month we are in an Easter sort of mood, so we are showcasing our absolutely delightful Bubblegum Taffy Trendy Twine. It has such nice spring feel to it with its aqua, white, and pink twist. Not quite sure what to do with twine? Add it to your crafting, packaging, and decorating. Use it to embellish cards and scrapbook pages, spruce up a gift, top off a tag, or tie up a sweet treat. Let us know what you do with your Trendy Twine.

If you don't need a full spool, then a Bubblegum Taffy Petite might work better. Petites are 25 yards in length and come on a nifty wooden spool.

Trendy Bakers Twine - Thinking of you

 Hi Trendy Fans!

I'm back with another project using our spotlight colors of the month, Bubblegum Taffy and Twisted Gumball. Bubblegum Taffy is a festive mix of pink, white, and aqua; Twisted Gumball is a wonderful combination of pink and blue.

This is Shelly with My Paper Love and I have a card to share with you today.

I know this is a little different than my normal style as I tend to stay clean and simple. This card has a lot going on, but in a good way!

I used some washi tape on the base of the card and stamped it with the “thinking of you” stamp from the Smile set.Then I added some flower die cuts. To each flower I added a little bit of both:

Trendy Bakers Twine - Have a Happy Day

 Hi Trendy Fans!

Are you ready for a fun month of "Sweet" inspiration? This is Shelly from MyPaperLove sharing a card using the spotlight twine Bubblegum Taffy Trendy Twine.

Okay this twine just screams ice cream! I absolutely love Aqua Blue, White, & Pink and so this is just as perfect as you can get! I made a fun little card that reminds me of an ice cream shop with the striped canopy and aqua walls. 

I used quite a few dies to make this card. I started with the rectangular mat and sized the pink striped paper for the top trim piece but wanted it to resemble a canopy. So I used a scalloped die to create the trim piece.

Next, I cut a square mat and placed the fun ice cream shape on the square mat. I tied the ice cream with the lovely Bubblegum Taffy Trendy Twine. Lastly, I stamped a sentiment from the Smile Stamp Set.

I feel so inspired by these colors and have created a few projects this month so please check back and see what the team has created this month.

Trendy Bakers Twine~Ice Cream Card

Hello all! Beth from Beth's Beauties here today. I don't know about you, but we have been having some HOT temperatures lately, and what better treat on these hot summer days could there be than ice cream?!

I used papers and tags from the Authentique Sweetness Collection on this card.  From Annie's Paper Boutique a 5" Paper Doily that I trimmed the sides of and glued it to the background, a Pink Midnight Trendy Page Dot on the front tag, and Bubblegum Taffy Trendy Twine at the top of all three tags.  To embellish, I added pearl pen dots in bronze.  Adhesives used include ATG, Bearly Art glue and foam tape.

This month we are spotlighting two of our awesome Trendy Twines: Bubblegum Taffy and Twisted Gumball. Both of these colors make me think of ice cream and other yummy summertime treats! Bubblegum Taffy is a festive mix of pink, white, and aqua; Twisted Gumball is a wonderful combination of pink and blue.
