Trendy Bakers Twine ~ Steampunk Halloween Treat

Good morning!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here with you today.  Aqua Licorice Trendy Twine is our featured twist this month, so I created this Halloween treat with it.

I started with a Black Licorice Treat Packet and added patterned papers from the Graphic 45 Steampunk Spells paper pad.  I created a faux closure on the flap by punching two holes, adding Aqua Midnight Trendy Page Dots, then wrapping Aqua Licorice Trendy Twine through the holes several times before knotting it in front.  I also added a button with Aqua Licorice Trendy Twine tied through it.  The flap was secured closed and the button adhered with mini Glue Dots.

Trendy Twine - Shaker Maze

This month they are featuring Aqua Licorice Trendy Twine

I created this fun maze shaker interactive card --

I found a maze design in my Silhouette Program, so I sized it

up and printed it out as my guide - Then I took some Adhesive glue

and added it to the maze print out and then added the Twine on top

so it would make the shape of the maze -

I added 1 tiny bead so you could play with the maze -

It works because I could not stop playing with it!

I dressed up the inside of my card to match the front -

I love the small To GO Coffee and sweet sentiments!

Trendy Bakers Twine ~ Sibling Love Layout

Good morning!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here with you today.  Aqua Licorice Trendy Twine is our featured twist this month, so I created this layout to showcase it.

I started by creating a banner in the top left corner and used Aqua Licorice Trendy Twine to display it as well as to have little bows at each end.  The Sibling Love title was cut with my Silhouette Cameo.

All patterned papers were from DCWV's Sunday Afternoon stack.   

I added two panels on the layout, one for a picture, and the other for journaling.  The journaling panel is actually from the Fun in the Sun printable set and it coordinated perfectly with the patterned papers, so I just had to use it!  I also added a Aqua Midnight Trendy Page Dot and a tassel of Aqua Licorice Trendy Twine to the top and stamped sentiments in black from the Documenting the Everyday #2 stamp set onto the panel.  I used two dots from the center of Aqua Midnight Trendy Page Dots as accents to the left of the journaling panel.

Underneath the photo panel, I added a strip of patterned paper and a bow of Aqua Licorice Trendy Twine.  Now it is ready for me to find the perfect picture to add and document!

Trendy Twine - Under the Stars

Hello everyone this is Sukie with a starry night layout featuring Aqua Midnight and Aqua Licorice Trendy Twine.  I found the starry night paper in my stash which I have been hoarding for a long time. The starry night theme reminds me of the perfect summer night hanging out with my family.  I have some fun pictures from a recent trip which will be perfect for this layout page.

Most of the die cuts on my layout page are from the Outdoor Man Cricut cartridge.  Since the background of my layout was so dark, the two different twine colors were the perfect accent to brighten up my layout.  I used the twine to embellish several of the die cuts and the photo mat.  A few sequins were scattered on the page for some more sparkle and shine.

Trendy Twine - Birthday Treat and Card

Hello everyone, this is Sukie with a fun and festive project featuring Aqua Midnight and Aqua Licorice Trendy Twine.  I created a birthday card with a treat package using a clear chocolate box from Annie's Paper Boutique.  It was the perfect size to fill with some yummy M&M's.

I embellished both my card and treat package with a banner of tiny envelopes cut with a Quick Cuts die, I trimmed the envelopes down a bit so they would fit better.   The envelopes were draped over the gorgeous Aqua Licorice twine and adhered to the front of my card and treat box.  A small twine bow in Aqua Midnight was attached to the banners as an accent.  I also wrapped the treat box with the Aqua Midnight twine and tied it into a bow.
