Trendy Twine - Spooky Treats

I feel excited making my first post here as a Little Sister and able to play with all the awesome Trendy Twine!

Here's what I made today using LOTS and LOTS of yummy Twine!

I made the tassel spooky ghost with a mix of Grape Licorice Trendy Twine, Orangesicle Trendy Twine and Limeade Trendy Twine where I just added some pop up foam as the eyes since I don't have any googly eyes!

I made these truffle candy box with some cute Halloween papers and used the Grape Licorice Trendy Twine to tie them up!

Trendy Twine.....I break for bats!

Can you believe Halloween is just around the corner?? Time to start thinking about whipping up those treats for class parties and your trick or treaters.

Today's project is perfect for that using my featured products of the month

Grape Licorice Trendy Twine and the Skinny Candy Bags

To make these treats, I used the Skinny Candy Bags and filled them with some purple, white and black chocolate jewels. 25 fit in each bag perfectly! I then used my Silhouette and cut out a cute bat. I eliminated the eyes so I could add some fun googly eyes and stapled the tops of the candy bags onto the belly of the bat.

Next I went ahead and scored the wings so I could fold them over to give the look that they were holding onto my sentiment as well as act as a cover to hid the staple holding the candy onto the bat. The sentiment (from My Creative Time~Trick or Treat set) was stamped onto to banner die from My Creative Time's Just Simply Live set. I added eyelets to each side of the banner then threaded the gorgeous Grape Licorice through to tie a bow onto each side.
Super cute and so much fun to make!!!!

Trendy Twine- I want CANDY!

here today to share another Mini Coffee cup project.

This time with a Halloween candy theme.

 I used some Lime Grapesicle Trendy Twine and the Foodies stamp set.

I stamped some of the candies and candy bars from the Foodies stamp set.

I added some wink of stella and glossy accents for them to sparkle.

The cup is filled with several different kinds of Halloween candy.

Spooktacular Trendy Twine with SVG Cutting Files

Happy Saturday!

Today we are doing a special post with some of our new Halloween colors.

Annie with SVG Cutting Files is the sweetest.  Have you had the pleasure of meeting her yet?  You must!  I asked her if she could design some cute twine boxes for the girls to use for today's post and she came up with two ADORABLE ones; a witch boot and a witch broom.  I love thread cards, so I asked about those too... and poof! she had those whipped up in no time.  Such talent!!  All of these are available for purchase in her store, so hop on over and grab some.
