Trendy Vase and Sticky Fingers

Happy Wednesday, Trendy Twiners! How are you liking the Chocolate Sprinkles projects so far? I know I have added some to-dos to my list of crafty projects!

So when I was told which twine would be spotlighted this month, my first idea was I wanted to make a twine bowl. My craft room is done in the blue/brown color combo. And I needed a small container to hold little buttons or embellishments for whatever project I am working on.

Well, lets just say after multiple tries, I finally gave up on that idea. But I still needed a container. So off I went to the craft store and came home with a small glass vase. After several twirls of twine and globs of mod-podge, here is my project:

It is time-consuming, but very simple to make! To finish the project, I wrapped Chocolate Truffle Twine a few times around and added the button. Viola!
Don't you just love the Chocolate Sprinkles color combo?! I do! Don't forget there is a chance for you to win this lovely twine! There is still plenty of time to join our September Challenge! Get the details HERE!
Thank you for stopping today!

Twine It Up!

This month the design team is twining it up with Chocolate Sprinkles Trendy Twine which is also on sale!  For my project, I created this unique card by incorporating some fun paper and some simple techniques.
I used the twine to accent my die cuts by outlining them.  I also created a twine flight path for the large butterfly and added twine bodies to all of the butterflies.
For more details on my project, please feel free to stop by my blog. Also, remember to play along with our challenge this month to win some yummy Trendy Twine.  Don't forget to check out the store for 33 of the trendiest twine colors out there!  Have a great Monday!

It's A Party!

Hi, everyone.  It's Izzy Anderson here on the blog today with a Design Team project using Chocolate Sprinkles twine, a fun mix of light blue and dark brown. This twine makes me think of sweet baby boy, so I made a festive card to celebrate a little one.

Trendy Twine is so easy to work with.  It's a great weight, ties nicely and doesn't slip. It was the perfect choice for these balloon strings tied in a tricky, tight spot on the elephant's trunk.

I have additional pictures and information about this card on on my blog, Write Snap Scrap. Stop on by!

If you'd like some chocolate sprinkles of your very own, you're in luck. It's on sale this month in the Trendy Twine store.  You could also win 50 yards of chocolate sprinkles by entering our challenge this month.  You can find all the details on this blog post. Thanks so much for stopping by!
