This is Shelly from My Paper Love sharing a home decor project! I recently bought a Hydrangea plant and it just loves my front yard :) I have lots of flowers on it and I LOVE cutting them and filling my house with pretty flowers. I just love the look of a single flower in a vase. Problem was I didn't have any small vases. To the dollar store I went. I couldn't find vases but I did find some candle holders.... Just plain glass. My decor is simple but I just had to pretty these up. What better than with some fabulous Trendy Twine!
Pretty simple project...Just wrap the vase! I used Totally Natural Trendy Twine I think this might be my favorite!! It's AWESOME!
The flower is a little tricky. I tried about 4 tutorials and finally I just made loops and glued the ends to each other in the center.
I used a button to cover up my not so perfect middle :)
Added my new flowers, isn't this pink GORGEOUS! No editing on this photo - That's the REAL color!
The twine is so perfect for this project! I'm going to make 5 more and line them up down the center of our table when we have summer BBQ's. Then in the evening I can remove the flowers and add candles :)
Hope you enjoyed my project, and don't forget to hop over to the store and check out the newest release HERE
