Trendy Bakers Twine~Fall Thank You Card

Hello all! Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with a fall thank you card. I love how elegant fall colors and leaves can be and that was my vision for this card.

The patterned papers are from The Paper Studio's Joyfall Gathering paper pack. Before adhering the decorative paper strip to the middle of the card, I wrapped Orange Truffle Trendy Twine around it several times, then tied the ends into a bow. For the maple leaf focal point, I used a Cuttlebug die and embossing folder combo, then distressed it with SB.com Leather ink. I wanted to make the leaf pop off the paper without occluding the view of the patterned papers, so I chose a patterned vellum and die cut it with a GMD double sitched hexagon die. I also used that die set for the other hexagons on the card. The sentiment was stamped with SB.com Orange Cream ink using the APB Happy Thanksgiving stamp set. It was popped up with foam tape. Adhering a trio of Autumn Sequins with Bearly Art precision glue was the finshing touch.

Trendy Bakers Twine~Thankful Fall Tag

Hello all! Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with a fall tag that has a thankful theme to it. Every day is a good day to count our blessings, but especially with Thanksgiving right around the corner! This kind of tag is perfect to let friends, family, neighbors, or coworkers know you are thankful for them.

The base is a Mango Chunky Tag-It stamped all over with the image stamps from the APB Hello Fall planner stamp set. The inks I used are from Scrapbook.com and the colors are Leather, Cardinal Red, Orange Spice, and Succulent. Once the tag was stamped all over, I added a Spiced Pumpkin Trendy Page Dot to the top of the tag. Since the opening at the top of the Chunky Tag-Its is not round, there were little gaps on each side of the Trendy Page Dot, which is exactly what I wanted for the technique I planned for the Trendy Twine. I Cut 3 lengths of Orange Truffle Trendy Twine 12" long and fed each one halfway through the three openings at the top of the tag. I then proceeded to braid the twine, which was double stranded, and tied a knot in the end when I was finished. The sentiment tag was created by stamping an image from the APB Hello Fall planner stamp set in Cardinal Red ink and a sentiment from the APB Happy Thanksgiving stamp set in Leather ink. I ink blended the edges of it with Camel ink to lend to the fall theme. A staple secured it to the tag. For a finishing touch, a trio of Autumn Sequins were glued in place with Bearly Art precision glue.

Trendy Bakers Twine - So thankful for you

 Hi Trendy Fans!

Today marks the last day of Fall and tomorrow is the beginning of Winter. Now if you live in an area where you can see the seasons change then you are well aware of this. But here in southern California Fall and winter just sort of meld together. This is Shelly from MyPaperLove and while I'm still quite happy to wear boots and sweaters, drink warm beverages and snuggle in big chunky blankets, I miss the leaves changing and crunching of the pile that fall on the ground. So my card is for all of you that are so fortunate to see the pretty Fall leaves everywhere.

I'm a very clean and simple crafter so I think Trendy Twine is quite honestly the perfect accessory to every project. I'm not bias LOL.

I used some gorgeous Fall paper and a sentiment from the Happy Thanksgiving Stamp Set and a little bow of the Orange Truffle Trendy Twine!

Trendy Bakers Twine - Thanksgiving Treat!

Hi Trendy Fans!

This is Shelly from MyPaperLove sharing a Thanksgiving treat using one of the spotlight twines of the month -- Orange Truffle Trendy Twine -- and a Mango Mini Popcorn Box. I'm excited to share this project with you!

 

Well, look at this little cutie! I made this little treat using a Mango Mini Popcorn Box. These little boxes are only 2-1/4" tall, but they are perfect for candy and tiny treats as you can see them filled with 4 fun size pieces of candy. You can keep them simple or go all out with some Trendy Twine, stamps, and other pretty embellishments. Well I think I went all out by creating this little scarecrow from a circle die cut, a face stamp, and some Totally Kraft Trendy Twine. Gahhh, I love it.

For the hat, I just hand cut it and placed it on top of the hair/twine. I embellished the hat with the gorgeous Orange Truffle Trendy Twine and a pretty jewel button. 

 

I added a pretty twine handle for this little treat and it was complete. 

This time of year is inspiring with all the Fall colors, warm drinks and colder weather. I have been enjoying my craft time and creating lots of fun treats. I hope I inspired you to create a handmade treat for Fall.

Trendy Bakers Twine~Blessed & Thankful Treat

Hello all!  Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with this fall popcorn box treat.  'Tis the season to give thanks and that is the theme of today's project!  It features a Mango Mini Popcorn Box and the lovely fall Orange Truffle Trendy Twine.

I started by keeping the Mango Mini Popcorn Box flat and stamping all over it with the adorable images from the APB Hello Fall stamp set (on SALE now!) using Scrapbook.com Leather ink.  I even stamped some of the images so they would show on 2 sides of the box once the box was assembled to add a bit more visual interest.  I then stamped the same images onto two different patterned papers from the DCWV Fall Gathering stack and used random circle punches to make colorful circles to glue to the box once it was assembled.

I wrapped Orange Truffle Trendy Twine around the box three times and added the two sentiment banners to it before tying it in a bow.  The sentiments were also stamped from the APB Hello Fall stamp set, but they were stamped in Versafine Clair Nocturne ink onto the patterned papers.

Here you can see the full view all the way around the box and how fun it is!  For a finishing touch, I used Bearly Art precision tip glue to adhere Autumn Sequins onto the box for a little sparkle.

 Happy November, Trendy friends!

It's a fun time of year here on the Trendy Twine blog as we share some lovely Thanksgiving inspiration and then head into the holiday season.

 Hello Trendy Friends!

I am Beckie from My Mouse Dreams. 

I am honored to be a Guest Designer for the next few months.

I am going to share a project using the Orange Truffle Trendy Bakers Twine Sampler.

I started with the Kraft Tin Tie Bags. Next, I used the Hello Fall Planner Stamps and randomly stamped the images on the bag. I then took my colored pencils and colored in the images.

I then add Orange Truffle Trendy Bakers Twine

and wrapped it around the top of the bag. It still needed something so I made  tassel from the twine.

I think it turned out super cute!

Trendy Bakers Twine -- Happy Thanksgiving!

Hello everyone! I'm Helen from HTB Creations.  Thanksgiving is just a week away! Are you ready?  Today I have a Thanksgiving Card to show you.  I used Orange Truffle Trendy Twine, the Happy Thanksgiving Stamp Set, and some Autumn Sequins.

I found this cute squirrel on Cricut Design Space and did a print then cut and added some Wink of Stella in some spots and glossy accents to the eyes Then I die cut the oval out and glued my Orange Truffle Trendy Twine around the rim.  And then I used dimensional tape to add my squirrel.

Next, I die cut a rectangle and stamped my sentiment from the Happy Thanksgiving Stamp Set to it.  I added the bow and some Autumn Sequins to finish it off! It's a cute squirrel 😉
