Trendy Bakers Twine - Spooktacular Treats!

Hi Trendy Fans!

This is Shelly from MyPaperLove sharing some fun Halloween treats. I think most crafters just love this time of year, we get to be creative and share our treats with everyone. 

Today I'm using two of the spotlight twine colors Grape Limeade Trendy Twine & Orange Limeade Trendy Twine to create my treats.

I started with the Medium Candy Bags and found some fun caramel apple candy that fit perfectly in the bags. These are so cute and fast to make.

The tags are simple, I used die cuts and then stamped them with sentiments from the APB Happy Halloween stamp set. If you don't have this set, it's a must for Halloween. The sentiments are fabulous!

Last but not least, I tied each treat with Grape Limeade Trendy Twine & Orange Limeade Trendy Twine.

Trendy Twine- Halloween Test Tube Treat holder

Today I am sharing a project featuring Trendy Twine.

I made a Test Tube treat holder, in black card stock, that I found instructions for through Splitcoaststampers. I used some Grape Limeade Trendy Twine to decorate the tubes and holders with. For the front of the holder, I added some green and purple paper with some Twine to accent the sentiment, finished off with a bow and a sparkly ghost and spider web. The tubes are filled with mini M & Ms and a candy corn assortment.

Trendy Twine - Love Layout

Happy Monday!  This is Sukie and I have a single page layout to share over on the Trendy Twine blog today featuring some gorgeous Grape Limeade Trendy Twine.  As I was trying to figure out my layout using the lime and purple colors I really wanted to think outside the box and try to create a project that wasn't necessarily Halloween themed.  I found the perfect coordinating papers in the DCWV Violet Leaf and Halloween Night Stacks.  The colors and patterns in these two paper stacks complimented the twine perfectly.

I used the twine on my layout to break up the patterned paper and created a couple flourishes with the twine.  Several paper flowers were clustered as an embellishment drawing the colors from the twine and papers.  As a finishing touch, I adhered a doily under the photo mat from the DCWV Paper Lace stack.

Trendy Twine ~ Spooky Trick or Treat

Happy Saturday, Tanya from Crafting on Caffeine here! Today is especially a great day! First, it's my first day to post as October Guest Designer! Second, today is my 22nd Wedding anniversary.   

My first project today I made a 1 page Layout to show you.  I used the Trendy Twine Monthly Spotlight  "Trick or Treat".

For the layout I also used Grape Licorice Batty Halloween Sequins from Annie's Paper Boutique.

Also used the following: Jaded Blossoms-Alphabet Dies and Halloween Dies,  BoBunny Dot Paper, DCWV

I also made mug shaped cards. I used both Trendy Twine's Monthly Spotlights "Trick or Treat" and "Grape Limeade" I also used Happy Halloween Stamp Set from Annie's Paper Boutique.

The ClipArt is from KaDoodle Bug Design DS Festive Halloween Mugs. The tags are from Jaded Blossom Mini Tag Dies and Mini Tag Dies 2.  I also used glossy accents for for sprinkles to make them pop.

Trendy Twine - Boo

Happy Monday!  This is Sukie and I have a fun card to share today featuring some gorgeous Grape Limeade Trendy Twine and an adorable Chevron Treat Bag.   The papers are from the DCWV Halloween Night stack and coordinated perfectly with the twine.  I layered the treat bag in the center of my card and accented it with a doily.  Some twine was wrapped around the treat bag along with a small banner from the paper stack.  A sentiment from the APB Happy Halloween stamp set was stamped on a small tag and adhered to the center of the treat bag.

I tucked in a tag which was embellished with a Lime Grapesicle Seal.  The treat bag is the perfect size to tuck in a gift card.  The Witch Pumpkin from KaDoodle Bug Designs was added as an embellishment to the front of my card.  The pumpkin's face was stamped with the Peachy Keen Pumpkin Faces stamp set. A few punched bats were scattered for a finishing touch.

Trick or Treat with Green Slime Popcorn!

Good Morning Trendy Twiner Friends!

It's Tammy here and I am excited to share one last Halloween Project as a Trendy Twine Little Sister using Grape Limeade Trendy Twine. 

I made a treat holder using a file I bought in the Silhouette Store. I paper pieced and assembled the holder.  Next I gave my friendly witch a darling twine bow using Grape Limeade Trendy Twine.  Isn't she cute?

I cooked up some wickedly addictive "Green Slime" Popcorn to put in a treat bag which I tied off with a button, tag, and Grape Limeade Trendy Twine.  I just had to add a black spider for fun! :-) Perfect, for teachers, neighbors, coaches...you name it!

A Treat Just for You {Halloween Treat}

Hi everyone!

It's Tammy, and I am excited to share a Halloween Treat post with you! It's about 20 days away, so there is still time to pick up some fabulous Trendy Twine at Annie's Paper Boutique in some unique colors just perfect for your Halloween projects!

Here is what I made:

I started by decorating a Short Candy Chute filled with a few Shimmery Lime Gumballs using the awesome Grape Limeade Trendy Twine.   I created a small stamped tag and tied it to the chute and embellished it with a few purple jingle bells before tying it off in a bow. I created a holder to package my Short Candy Chute by hand. I decorated the outside using a background stamp and cuts from my Cricut.

I use Grape Limeade Trendy Twine to keep the flap close.  To open, you just slip out the front cover. 

The picture below shows how the treat sits in the holder. 

I just pushed the twine down a bit so that you could read the enclosed sentiment. To close, you just slide the twine up a bit and bring your front flap down. Your twine is what keeps the flap closed. It's not only decorative, but it serves a purpose! :-)

Hi Friends!

It's Tammy and I am going to share a fun interactive Halloween card I made. 

This month I will be paying special focus and featuring the Grape Limeade Trendy Twine!

So here is my card for today!

As you can see, I used a Small Glassine Bag on the front of my card to serve as a pocket to hold the Halloween Greeting tag I made using Grape Limeade Trendy Twine to embellish the top.

Using a Small Glassine Bag is a fun and interactive way to dress up a card, and the recipient can use the tag as a bookmark or pass along to someone else when they want to dress up a package, and of course...don't forget some fabulous Trendy Twine.
