Good morning! Beth from Beth's Beauties here. Yesterday we had the release of the Annie's Paper Boutique Greetings stamp set. This set was created with crafters and cardmakers in mind; it's a wonderful collection of sentiments for different occasions. I'm sure you will find it on your craft room table most of the time because it is so versatile!
Yesterday, I shared a bright and colorful graduation card with all of you. Today I am taking this stamp set in a very different direction, a trio of sympathy cards. The sentiment is from the APB Greetings stamp set, of course! Look at the generous size of the stamp plus that beautiful script! Love it!
The blue layer is a GMD Eyelet Elegance die cut topped with a panel of patterned paper from The Paper Studio's Pretty Petals pad. I really loved the subdued look of the paper with the dark background. To add a border around that layer, I used Bearly Art precision glue and Bubblegum Taffy Trendy Twine, finishing it off with a twine bow in the bottom right corner.
The sentiment from the Greetings stamp set was stamped in black and popped up with foam tape on the card. I added a cardstock "shadow" in blue under the sentiment and a fussy cut flower from the patterned paper to the left of the sentiment. Pink Diamonds Sparkling Gems glued around the outside of the card were the final touch on these cards.
Here's what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!
