Trendy Bakers Twine - Monogramed Tags

Hi Trendy Fans!

Hope you all had a fabulous Holiday! This is Shelly from My Paper Love sharing some tags that I used for my Christmas gifts this year. Do you crafters make your tags? I make every one. This year I used a letter die set and some Trendy Twine to make them fabulous!

I used a bunch of die cuts to make these tags. You can use any tag die cuts and letter set to achieve the same look. I also made some non Christmas themed tags for an upcoming Birthday that I'll share later.

I used our spotlight color Peppermint Stick Trendy Twine for each tag. I only have one string for 3 tags pictured just for visual purposes. Am I the only crazy person that buys color coordinated wrapping paper?   I wrap each of my boys gifts in a different color and added these tags to their gifts.

You can use any theme and color imaginable, but these were my colors this year. I wish I took a picture of all the tags I made, I tried to keep track but I think I made over 50 tags! I even used them for co-workers and friends. I think it adds a nice personal touch to the gift.

Thank you for stopping in, wishing you a Happy and Healthy New Year!

  1. These tags are so beautiful, Shelly!

  2. Soon after Christmas, Japanese people start preparing for the year-end and New Year’s events.
Compared to Christmas, many of these events are based on Japanese tradition and are deeply related to religion.
The end-of-year party is called “bonenkai” in Japanese. “Bonen” means to forget (the worries of) the past year.
People are busy with events on New Year’s Eve.

Thank you so much for leaving a comment. We love to read them!
