A Trendy Box Treat!

 Hi There Trendy Fans!
It's Shelly from My Paper Love sharing a fun little treat box for your Halloween FUN! Now, in no way can I take credit for this idea, I saw it on pinterest like a hundred times :) So I just decided to make one and give it my own little twist. Can you tell what this started out as? I'll give you a hint...It's Kraft and 2x2x2 and you can find it in the Trendy boutique???

Yep you guessed it, this started out as our Kraft Boxes.

 10 2x2x2 Kraft Boxes
Sold as 10 2x2x2 Kraft-Boxes.These are so AWESOME, super quality and no tape needed :)

So first you assemble the box but don't fold the lid down. Measure all the sides and cut your paper of choice to fit on each side. I used a corner rounder for the top/lid just to match the shape of the box.

I then took a circle punch and punched a circle right through the center of the paper and the lid of the box. (It's a little tough but just put some muscle in it :)  Lastly I decorated this fun little box with one of our showcase colors Halloween Grape Licorice Trendy Twine along with a die cut spiderweb and a spider to match :) filled it with some fun candy and you eeeeeek you have a spooky cute treat!

So be sure to hop on over to Trendy Twine and check out all the fun!

Halloween Goodies

Hi everyone! I'm Helen from HTB Creations.  Today I have a super quick treat bag that you can make for some last minute Halloween Treats.  I used the fabulous Spooktacular Trendy Twine on my project today

My daughter was disappointed that she wasn't going Trick or Treating this year (she is 15 so I don't feel too bad).  I said that we would get some Halloween candy at the store.  I decided to make a goody bag for her to make it more fun.

I used just cut a piece of cardstock to fit my bag, tied the twine around the top with a bow, added my ghost cutting file with a pop dot, and then the sentiment next to it.  So quick and easy!

This bag is not from the store, but there are plenty of fun bags and boxes over there, along with all that yummy twine, that will help you make lots of treats to give away.

The challenge this month is now over, but make sure to stop back next week to see what the next one is!

Have a fabulous day!!

Bat Easel Card

Have you ever made a project and thought it needed just a little extra *something* to make it perfect?  That is what I was thinking when I made this card.  It is from SVG Attic's Halloween Soiree set.  Once the card was assembled I wanted to add something to take it up a level...and I chose Trendy Twine!

I used Orange Licorice and Orange Limeade Trendy Twines to make bows on the bat and by the sentiment to finish it off.  I think it did the trick, don't you??

I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Trick or Treat with Green Slime Popcorn!

Good Morning Trendy Twiner Friends!

It's Tammy here and I am excited to share one last Halloween Project as a Trendy Twine Little Sister using Grape Limeade Trendy Twine
I made a treat holder using a file I bought in the Silhouette Store. I paper pieced and assembled the holder.  Next I gave my friendly witch a darling twine bow using Grape Limeade Trendy Twine.  Isn't she cute?
I cooked up some wickedly addictive "Green Slime" Popcorn to put in a treat bag which I tied off with a button, tag, and Grape Limeade Trendy Twine.  I just had to add a black spider for fun! :-) Perfect, for teachers, neighbors, coaches...you name it!

So, I hope you enjoyed my last inspiration project using the fabulous Grape Limeade Trendy Twine.

The Trendy Twine Orange Licorice is perfect for making this decor pop!

Here is the lid piece:

And a closer look at some of the twine:

There is twine around the edges of the washi tape I used on the lid:

I used more of the Orange Licorice twine to tie up the sweet treat bags with their little tags and also around the washi tape border at the bottom of the box:

I love the festive touch Trendy Twine gives to any project!

To My Lil' Pumpkin.....{Pumpkin Treats!}

Good Morning Trendy Twiners!!!!
Jessica here from Chick-n-Scrap
and I am so excited to be sharing another project with you all!

For my project today I followed the current Trendy Twine Challenge going on right now
and made some adorable pumpkin treats.
The challenge is....
Boo-tiful Treats recipe:
Halloween treat packaging with a tag
Trendy Twine**
And here are my lil' pumpkins!
These little guys are so cute and were so fun to put together. Plus they can be filled with some small candies or even sized larger and filled with more.
Here is how I made these.... I used a file I bought in the Silhouette Store called the 3d Pumpkin Petal Box and re~sized it  to make them mini...These measuring about 2". Once all the pieces were cut out, the box and the stem, I stamped onto the front my PK face. I added some big pink cheeks and some white gel pen doodles and placed these aside to work on the tags.
For my tags, I used the die and stamp set from MCT. I stamped it onto some white cardstock and for some added color to top of the box I die cut a leaf in the same green color as the twine. To put the tag onto the box, I wrapped some Lime Orangesicle Trendy Twine around the closed box on the stem. A sweet bow and the ends tied and my boxes are ready to give to my Lil' Pumpkins.
Isn't this twine color AWESOME? I just LOVE the ones with the added white twist. In my opinion this is one of the MUST have for all of your fall projects! Remember Thanksgiving is coming up and this would look super on all those projects as well!

Happy Halloween!

Hi everyone! I'm Helen from HTB Creations.  Today I have a Halloween card for you using the fabulous Spooktacular Taffy Trendy Twine.  I love to make Halloween cards, but never seem to give them out.  I need to do that this year though because I have made several lately :)

I am now able to do print then cut on my Explore machine and have found a bunch of cute owls dressed for Halloween.  The mascot for the university I work at is an owl, so I have been collecting cuts of them lately.  The picture below show the dimension on the owl that I bought from KaDoodle Bug Designs.

The Spooktacular Taffy Trendy Twine is at the bottom of the card and this time, I just tied the bow and glued it on.  When I tie the bow around the wrapped twine, it sometimes gathers and I didn't want that look this time.

I do hope you join in the challenge going on right now.  Click HERE and see all the details.  You can also see lots of fun projects on the Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine Facebook page so I hope you join the group over there.  And last, but not least, stop by the store, Annie's Paper Boutique, for all your twine and packaging needs!

Have a fabulous day!

Frankly, You're the Best Treat Bag!

It's October and the Spooks are out!

This is Melissa, your Trendy Little Sister from M Miranda Creations,
sharing, quite frankly, a super cute treat bag with you today.

I used the Baggie Buddies (Fall and Halloween) from Treasure Box Designs for my treat topper.

I filled a Small Candy Sack from the Trendy Twine store with some orange m&m's. I then adhered the Baggie Buddie to the top of the bag. I wrapped the bag three times with Orange Limeade Trendy Twine and adhered my sentiment from Scrappy Mom's Stamps to the front of it. I finished it off with the twine bow. These small candy sacks are just perfect for all your Halloween treats this season!

Hope you will try all the Halloween Trendy Twine colors that are available in the store including the Orange Limeade Trendy Twine that I have used today.

Thanks for dropping in!

Blessings,
