Trendy Twine ~ Denim Pillow Box

Good morning crafty friends! Beth from Beth's Beauties here, and I have this treat box to share with you today.

I started with a Medium Kraft Pillow Box and wrapped it with two colors of DCWV's Paper Backed Denim and added a line of Stars and Stripes Trendy Twine between the two.  Next, I wrapped a strip of foiled vellum around the center.  I colored the red areas in with marker.
To embellish, I added a Kraft Tag with Metal Rim with a banner using a sentiment from the You & Me Planner Stamp set.  A bow of Stars and Stripes Trendy Twine finished off the tag.  The final addition was a trio of red sequins from the Christmas Shaker Medley.

Planner Friday - July

Hello!  I am Amanda from She's Eclectic and I'm here for another Planner Friday!  I love to create pretty and practical planner pages using products from Annie's Paper Boutique, they help keep me organised and have some fun while I do it too!

Products used:
Ink

My pages are usually pretty full when my children are at school, there always seems to be a club, assembly or performance going on that I need to write down!  Now it is finally the summer holiday here in the UK I have quite a lot of empty space to play with so I decided to break out my journaling stamps again.  I haven't used them for a while and I thought it would be nice to record how I am feeling each day.

Journaling stamps

Between them the Feeling Funny and Feeling Happy sets have over 60 different stamps to choose from so it is quite easy to find one that covers how you are feeling.  Also recording my mood in my planner makes me more mindful of negative emotions, knowing I am using one word to sum up my day gives me a little push towards staying positive.  On Tuesday I started off the day feeling lazy (and yes, there is a stamp for that!) but instead I gave my head a shake and decided I would get things done so my word for the day ended up being "Determined" as I ploughed my way through my tasks!

My week so far...

Thank you so much for joining me for another Planner Friday!  If you are feeling inspired to get organised why not stop by the store and check out the planning supplies?  I hope to see you again next month!

Hi There Trendy Fans!

This is Shelly from My Paper Love sharing a fun little get well gift. Can you believe we are already at the end of July? Wow, summer is just zooming by! The entire month of July the TT team has been sharing the awesome color Stars and Stripes and I hope you have gained tons of inspiration for projects that you can use this awesome twine not just for patriotic projects! Here is one more :)
Here is an idea for a get well gift. Purchase a plant, herbs or potted flowers and give as a get well gift I think plants and flowers are medicine for the soul :) I put the plant in a cute tin and added a fun handmade tag. Using some TT planner stamps and of course Stars and Stripes Trendy Twine.
I just think this band-aid and medicine bottle are so cute together,

I stamped the stamps and then hand cut them and put them on an embossed die cut circle. I added that fabulous twine and there you have a fun little get well gift :)

Trendy Twine - You are my Anchor

Happy Monday!  This is Sukie and I have a favor bag and tag to share today.  I created my project with a Red Chevron bag which is the perfect size to add a gift card too.  I created a tag with the DCWV Coastal Stack which coordinated perfectly with the Stars & Stripes twine.
The layered sentiment tag was cut using a Spellbinders die and stamped with a sentiment from the Scrappy Moms Anchors Away (retired) stamp set.  I used my Cricut Explore to cut the anchor out 3 times in the different colors layering it for some dimension.  The anchor was also embellished with some more twine.
Check out the gorgeous twine and craft supplies available in the store.  Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a great day!

Trendy Twine - Summer Fun!

Good day to all my bloggy friends!
It's Millie from Crafting with Creative M with a Summer Fun Shaker card!

For my card, I used the SVG Cutting Files Wavy Card Base.
I used Recollections basic card stock & Bazzill Basics Dotted Swiss card stock.
The super fun die cuts (sun & life saver) are from SVG Attic's Just Beachy and the anchor is from SVG Attic's Cape CodThe "Summer Fun!" caption is from the Cricut D.S.
For some extra fun, I sprinkled a few Candy Cane Sequins around my card.

I wrapped the Stars & Stripes Trendy Twine around the life saver.
For my shaker, I used the life saver file and Candy Cane Sequins with clear beads.

Next, I placed a red sequins and tiny pearl to the center of the Stars and Stripes bow which I then adhered to the die cut anchor.

Trendy Twine -- Birthdays Rock!

Hello everyone!  I'm Helen from HTB Creations. Today, I have a birthday card using Stars & Stripes Trendy Twine.

I used some My Favorite Things stamps and dies for this project. I loved the background die and originally planned to put the bunnies behind the die like a window, but I liked them popped up instead.

I used my Stars & Stripes Trendy Twine to make a border around the outside and middle.  Then I added a bow to the center.  It was a pretty easy card--the longest thing was  the coloring :)

I hope you stop back by the rest of the month to see all the fun projects!

Trendy Twine - Bon Voyage

Hi There!

This is Shelly from My paper love sharing a layout showcasing Stars & Stripes Trendy Twine. If you recall back on the 4th of July the team shared a memory keeping post and it sure inspired me to scrapbook some old photos.
I decided to scrap book book some photo's from our very first cruise back in 2004 - yikes! I have so many beautiful scenery shots and so I thought these would make a nice cover page for the album that I will be making over the next ..... I'm not sure how long it will take me hahaha!

I used the Stars & Stripes Trendy Twine to set my color scheme which is pretty perfect for anything nautical. I created a fun anchor and tied the twine around. I think I tend to keep my layouts clean because I like for the pictures to standout too :)
I also added Stars & Stripes Trendy Twine  to the journal label, which I will fill in with some details and dates of our trip.
I'm excited to start scrap booking some of our memories. I can't promise anything but I do have a few more planned out.

Hope you stop by the Trendy Blog this month for lots of inspiration using

Trendy Twine- Patriotic Flipbook Album

Hi Everyone!
Kimberly from Kimberly's Crafty Spot.
Today I am sharing a project featuring Stars & Stripes Trendy Twine
and several different products from Annie's Paper Boutique.
I made an Envelope Flipbook album with a 4th of July theme to document the holiday.

The front cover of the book.

I made a paper clip with some "Made with Love" ribbon and Totally White Trendy Twine.

Close up of the closure made with Stars & Stripes Trendy Twine
and charm on the front that says "Made with Love".

Each page has a photo spot inside the envelope pocket with a circle tab. I added a Metallic Silver Mini Envelope with a journaling tag or photo spot and a velcro enclosure. On the top of the page, I used a cut apart from the paper pad and stamped some words from several stamp sets, 'Amazing' and 'Thankful' from the Feeling Happy! stamp set and the 'Blessed'  from the Hello Fall stamp set.

On this page, I used three of the cut aparts and added a Totally Red, Totally White and Totally Navy Trendy Twine bow to each one.

For this next envelope or page, I added a photo mat with another cut apart
and I made another paper clip with some Stars & Stripes Trendy Twine added to the top.

This page I made a pocket with a bigger page element and added a tag and small photo spot and another paper clip that added some ribbon and Star & Stripes Trendy Twine.

On the White Parcel Tag, I used a Blue Grid Trendy Page Dot then stamped a few sentiments from the Foodies Stamp set and the lines from the Check It Off: stamp set then finished the tag with some Totally Red Trendy Twine.

On the back of the tag, I added some more lines to journal on from the Check it Off stamp set.

For the last page, I used a Manila Paper pocket and made a tag from the paper and added a Red Chevron Trendy Page Dot and some Totally Navy Trendy Twine to the tag. I wrapped some Totally White Trendy Twine to the pocket to accent the blue.

On the tag, I stamped the "Holiday" and "Family Time" from the At Home stamp set and the bottom heart label stamp is from the Check it Off stamp set and its perfect to document the date.

White Parcel tag- Size #2
